SCAMMERS AND LIARS. I signed up with a rep I believe his name is Marvin. Didn't give me the whole full details, apparently they start with $2,000 deductibles! I got into an accident and came to find out all this information. Also wasn't told the payment gets taken out 6 days prior. I spoke to the supervisor and she was no help. Beware everyone, please use a different insurance. These people have you sign up but don't give you the full information. Don't even know how they run this business.

Fred Loya Insurance is one of the Worst Insurance. Becareful when it comes to repairing your vehicle with them. They try to cut Corners. Under pay Bosy shops with rates. They don't want Quality work, they prefer Quantity and when you get to know their appraiser , they bad mouth the company how they are overworked and underpaid ... what is going on with Fred Loya ??? I understand that it is a small company but are they about to fill for bankruptcy??? I am glad I don't see so many claims with Fred Loya but they need better team member who are trained to assess vehicle damages and have a better understanding.
