A decent clothes store. Sweet employees, helpful. Clothes range is okay, many sizes and styles were out of stock. The shoes were cute too. Overall, pretty pricey for basic shirts I’ve seen elsewhere. Not sure if the surge in prices is due to the current presidency but if it is, then this place is 4 stars. If not, I’d stick with the 3 stars and would probably check out other stores before coming here. Quality of clothes is pretty similar to other fashion stores like fashion Q at higher prices.

Customer service, management and the employees who worked at this location on 04/05/24 have got to be retrained or fired because they all suck . I was wearing my work uniform and one of their associates kept following me around the store.. i get it theft prevention but come on girl please try not to make it so obvious you make the experience hostile. I pick out a dress and go to the fitting room just for a rude ass employee to come to me check my dress and say because it was on sale I wont be able to try it on ? Make it make sense . Just a bunch of bird brain ass bitches work here clearly. All the clothes looks cheap and out of style at this location you are better off shopping online, ross , marshals and probably a thrift store but dont waste your time coming here .

this specific employee short lady with glasses always has an attitude whenever I come in. Last Friday I had asked for help and she couldn't help me she send her employee to help me instead

5 years ago I made this 5 star review because I loved this place I always shopped here
But lately I'm disappointed to visit it and I'm going to talk about prices! For me they are too high. What's more, I think that not even brand name clothing can afford those prices. I am not going to encourage you not to visit it. Of course they are free to do so and spend their money as they see fit, but in my opinion there are more comfortable places with the same type of clothing in style and quality. I bought a pair of $45 pants (I swear I later reacted and regretted it.) I think I'll start looking for other places in the same way. Good luck to this place.

The only reason I come to this store is because it's within walking distance to my house. I will say the employees could do better at being friendly, don't work in customer service if you hate people. They always think you're stealing. The close is cute ngl, but OVERPRICED for the quality that you're getting. Regardless, they'd probably have more sales if it wasn't so expensive. At last sometimes I need last minute outfit so unfortunately this store will have to do for now.

older lady did not want to do an exchange because it was pass the 7 days for exchange or store credit . which didn't make sense because i bought it on a Sunday. Sunday to the following Sunday is 7 Days! Unless I am doing my math wrong. She seemed to got frustrated and agreed to do an exchange. Then when i was trying to do an exchange there wasn't my size. so i asked if she can do store credit . she said yeah annoyingly. then she decides not to let me get store credit because it was the wrong price tag. the item was not worn and had their tag still attached . i don't see why the price tag mattered if they can just attached another one . many places do it , i don't see why she wouldn't . i had my receipt so i don't understand why she wouldn't just give me store credit.
