“I had a great experience moving my items with CA NY! It was very easy to get a quote, and the customer service team was responsive throughout. Our moving team in LA (Osvaldo, Eric, Fernando, Max) was very efficient, and was able to accommodate our additional items beyond the estimate we provided. We were regularly informed about the status of our items throughout its travel across the country. The NY team delivered our items within two days after they arrived in the city, and did so without damaging any items. The process for ensuring everything was delivered was also smooth, since they provided us an itemized inventory that we checked off as items were being brought into the apartment. There was not much damage, apart from one scratch on my guitar (tbh i should have asked for additional packing for it). Would highly recommend these guys!!”

“I've been using this company services for over 10 years and never had an issue with them. They have different sizes/prices of boxes that are delivered in person to most cities in Mexico. I cannot tell how their prices compare to other agencies. Since I've been satisfied with their services I'd rather not take the chance with another company.”

“Really happy with my move! The two gentlemen came out to move my 1 bedroom apartment into a storage unit and they were great. They took a lot of care wrapping up my couch, artwork, TV, dining table, and bed frame so nothing got damaged. Both were super kind and worked fast without cutting corners. Would definitely use them again.”

“Used packing and moving services for a cross-state move. Everyone was fantastic - kind, detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoyable company for the two long, very hot days. Everything was packed incredibly carefully and was delivered in perfect condition. Willie was our lead and he was beyond amazing, very communicative, organized, and made a stressful time much easier. We will definitely be using Northstar for any future moves! We cannot recommend Northstar more!”

“Viktor and Dashi were freakin awesome. I had a 2 bedroom move, and they got here on time, and immediately got to work. They literally worked all day long, without me having to pay any attention at all. I was moving from one apartment to another with the exact same layout and I asked them basically recreate my apartment by putting furniture and key items in the same place.I didn't give any direction at the new place, and when I walked in hours later, I was stunned at how well and perfectly they'd made the living room, the bedroom, set up my office space and kitchen area. I was able to sleep in my room that night without ANY stress or boxes everywhere.Would definitely use this team again!”

“I cannot express how pleased I was with this company! I received a prompt response when I inquired about the estimate via email and also spoke with someone (can't remember their name, sorry!!) over the phone. They answered all of my questions and assured me that the move would be pain-free. Josh, Jose, and Salvador made my move go by so smoothly. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. I was super impressed by their ability to organize and move everything so quickly. They helped wrap and pack additional parts of my apartment that I didn't have time to get to. They were careful with large objects/furniture and more delicate ones as well. Everything was wrapped with plastic wrap and/or padded with blankets. At the end, they disposed of everything and even took some of my personal boxes I bought to use. Overall, I couldn't recommend this company enough. They took about 4 hours to move me from a 1bed1bath ~600sqft to a 2bed 2bath ~1000sqft. The icing on the cake is that due to health issues, I have to be very careful about the ongoing covid pandemic. I requested that the movers wear masks and it was no big deal to the guy I spoke with initially on the phone. Usually people make a big deal about masks, even when I'm paying for services. The 3 movers came masked up and 2 even had on kn95 masks. I truly appreciate this! Thanks guys for a great move!!”

“Allen & his crew did a great job moving my belongings to my new location. I hate moving & it was very last minute which is frustrating. Allen & his crew handled my things with care & took a lot of the stress out of an otherwise stressful situation. I appreciate him & his crew for that. When I move again; I’ll call him 1st in hopes that he’ll be available. I had an awesome experience. I recommend Allen & his crew if you need moving services.”
