Terrible experience. Zero customer service or skills. The worker there was super rude. Told me to just drop off my package at the counter and I asked about a receipt, he said they don’t have receipts to give. How will I prove I dropped off my package?
I had to drive down a couple of miles to the actual UPS Store off Atlantic and Bandini. Super helpful there. Don’t waste your time at CVS

I love this location, The staff is always so nice and they seem to love their job. They are always helpful and I love this location you never feel rushed.

Lazy workers Did not want to take my box. Said they only take boxes shoe box size or smaller. Why have a ups access location if you won’t accept all packages

Worst experience my appointment was canceled , they didn't call me to let me know about the cancelation till i was standing in line. Not only my appointment was canceled seems they canceled all week. So everyone was given the option to come in on the following Saturday. I waited there more than 6 hrs and everyone whose appointment was cancelled weren't given priority to get served first. Due to this i lost two days of work .
