Someone needs to take a closer look at this facility if there are that many 1 star reviews. There definitely needs to be an investigation into what's going on there. The overall rating of a high profile business like this with a global reputation should be a 4.5 stars at the least. Anything less should be unacceptable.

Never use UPS! They keep trying to deliver a package to an access point after hours and charging my card each time!! I will never use ups again! The customer service is horrible!
