“I have had consistently great service here. The lines are usually short and/or fast in the mornings. The tellers are courteous and helpful. I love that I can do mobile deposits via my cell phone and set up all the services I need on their website. I only wish I could use my cash-back balance. It has been sitting here for 5 years or more! There's no way to use such a small amount ($28.00).”

“I started a new business this year so I was looking to start fresh with a new bank. I called here to the bellflower branch and a friendly and informative guy named Victor answered all my questions, didn't rush me to get off the phone and I really felt the personality of the branch through him so I drove over and opened an account for my business and one for my personal too. I found a coupon on their website for $300 cash back just in time. I'm thankful for victor who didn't rush me out of the branch but took all the time necessary to explain the account and services I was getting. Thanks for all your help Victor”
