Despite being a repeat customer, Bellflower was extremely inflexible with us on cancelling our spot and we're now paying $240 for a full month's reservation despite having been moved out a week before the month began. We tried to cancel our spot and their office was closed during business hours. From there, we were traveling and off the grid/unable to call them, and when I called on the 2nd of the month they refused to be flexible with us and charged us the month anyway. Really disappointed in their customer service.

Amazing Staff and convenient location!!! Ignore the negative reviews b/c they are bogus. More than likely people with personalProblems who don’t want to follow the guidelines.

I recently rented a Uhaul from here and the woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful -- even though I was there before it technically opened, she still helped me out. Truck was in good condition and checking in/out was easy and fast. Would definitely recommend!

I am going on 3 years leasing a few storage's from this folks and to this day never had any problems what so ever. I started with one unit and now i have 4 and that's because the prices are great and the facility are well secured. Its very rare that you hear about someones storage getting breaking into since most of the folks there look out for each other.The Pros:> Great customer service> very liberal and comfortable atmosphere (with the exception you don't violate or override the facility rules.> Friendly environmentThe Cons:> Rare the you find vacant units and that's because the majority of happy customers have more then 1 unit (i am one of them) .Have a good day and remember to treat others that way you want to be treated and stay positive.

Good storage facility. Kimberly the manager always answers questions thoroughly and has staff that are helpful when you need assistance.Overall a solid place to choose for storage.

The management & especially the maintenance man (Frank) are extremely helpful & kind!However the units are a bit overpriced. Overall, I preferred this location to other facilities in that area.
