Best Buy Outlet

Electronics
Hours: Best Buy Outlet offers great deals for the discerning consumer, with some appliances being mint equipment discounted simply due to being open box or floor model, while others may be returns supposed to be in great working condition. The store has a large inventory of items, and purchasing items online is easy, with checkout and pick-up also easy thanks to the very polite and attentive staff. Great prices are available if you don't mind a small amount of exterior damage, like a washing machine found at 60% off retail price. There are tons of friendly, but not pushy, staff members who are patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite. Employees are extremely helpful in finding other items not noticed on the website, and they even help load purchased items into vehicles. The crew is professional, showing product condition and working status right out of the box, offering transparency that is rare. While there is an occasional dud mixed in, solid employee customer service earns an additional star. One customer rolled the dice on a deeply marked down Bosch dishwasher that was a dud, but a super helpful guy with a great attitude handled the return in minutes and helped get a similar replacement that works great. The manager went above and beyond to make sure the product was what the customer believed they had purchased. This is the best experience buying from any outlet, with staff honesty and pleasantness making the trip well worth it.
