We purchased a vehicle from BB Quality, and we could not be more pleased. They were extremely professional, courteous, and very helpful in working with us to meet our needs. We would definitely consider to work with them again in the future.

Could we leave negative star for this place? We bought a Sprinter van from this place in 2019, and we needed to add another row of seat. They ended up logging 500+ miles on the Sprinter over a weekend. We were afraid to post because their attitude was like, "that's right, what are you going to do about it huh, we know where you live" Finally we sold our home in 2021. These are very dishonest and shady people. Stay away!!!

One Star is giving this company too many. I bought a car without going to see it in person. I asked him about many different quality questions. He said the ONLY thing wrong with the car was two small dents in on the bed. When I purchased it, and it showed up to my office that was not the case. The complete bed and undercarriage of the car was rusted out. The paint on outside was not original and was used to cover up rust on the body of the vehicle. The bed was collapsing in. When I called at the time of delivery to tell him I could not take possession of the truck and that I was getting a lawyer they hung up on me and would not talk to me any more. They stated a quality and safety check was completed first. THIS WAS A LIE. I brought the truck in to get looked over. The front axels were destroyed and brakes completed rusted out. The truck had never been aligned since it was first built. I feel like I got robbed and have never felt so violated in my life. It took me 3000$ to get the truck to the point where we were able to drive it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND BAD PEOPLE!

Did on line and phone purchased 2015 Mercedes’ sprinter. Mario and Ed said Mercedes inspected and did all recommendations. Replaced air bag and fittings. Recommend to replace 5 of the six tires. I showed up in the early evening. Had the two best tires on the driver side. Drive 3.5 hours home.Next am found that they were showing cord.I replaced all 6. Did alignment. Request just pay for the tires please. Nope. I’ll split the cost. Nope. Be careful if you have a family member in a car or truck that they represent is safe. Also my trade in is two months in default as they haven’t paid it off.I m responding to their comments I arrived at 635 pm, they closed at 7 pm. I was unable to test drive as I had to unload my full size Chevy service truck. We had a large amount of cash to count. As anyone can see from the pictures the tires were worn out not damaged. I purchased two tires the next day when I saw them showing cord. The other 4 were not in stock arrived two days later. If my post helps one person stay away I’m happy. Just like a salesman to deflect from the real issues. Thanks for reading Mark.

Possibly the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience I’ve had. Also the fastest! Mario and Ed aren’t your typical car salesmen. They’re honest, communicate with integrity and really help get your car and deal you want! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car that doesn’t want to deal with all the hassle normal dealers give you. I was in and out in 2 hours with my dream car!

I was in a bind with my work van down for an unknown amount of time and construction jobs to complete. I found Ed to be quite helpful and patient as I was not doing my most spectacular thinking, worrying about work and now having to deal with buying a used vehicle on the fly. He represented his company professionally in what we can all probably agree is not the easiest business. He sells used vehicles. He does not rebuild them to factory specs nor are they factory refurbished. So, I know going in, that I am buying somebody elses problems when buying used. I must do my due diligence even more so in this situation. When I asked him questions regarding anything on the lot, I felt I got straight up answers. What more can you ask? Ed was unassuming, mild, and not pushy at all. Did Iention he sells used cars? Yup, no greasy smile or sales line to pressure me to buy anything. Thanks Ed. I appreciate it all.Salvatore MuscarellaMuscon General Contracting

Do not buy from this "Car Dealership". I'm writing on behalf of my Mother who cannot write in English. Little did she know of the hassle she'd be getting herself into by stepping foot on this car lot. Her experience here was awful, she almost bought a car from the owner of this dealership however the car revealed problems on the test drive and therefore she did not leave the lot with it. She had signed and agreed to the dealers terms however in return one would expect a well running car correct? Wrong. Therefore after the sketchiness of faulty car and my Mother said she was no longer interested and no longer wanted to proceed. The owner responded by threatening to suing her for not following through on the agreement and probably thought this tactic would scare my Mexican mother however it did not. Thankfully my mother sued right on back and won the case. We thankfully have the happy ending of getting our money back but we want to warn others of this dealership so that this does not happen to someone else. My Mother a person of color who's first language isn't English stood her ground and didn't fall for scare tactics but others might not and its not fair or okay. In conclusion this dealership sells faulty cars better off going elsewhere.

Don't waste your time time here. They will sell you something they know Nothing about. Do not try and negotiate price either. This dealer has no time to make a deal. I I understand used vehicles are in demand. But to be rude and not want to help. To many other dealers who want to sell.

This place is awful! We bought a Van from them and once we drove it back the 2 hours to our shop our mechanic discovered a mountain of issues. Brakes were metal to metal, rotors ruined, all the molding was missing, no switches on windows (they did send us those so that's a positive), seat belts didn't work and now we've found that the front motor mounts are broken. We have tried to talk with them just to get some credit for the brakes but they hung up on us and wouldn't speak to our office staff as this is a business. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. ED and his crew are very terrible people. They did offer to fix the brakes if we drove it back down to him, however the brakes had to be fixed so someone could drive it!

On august 12th 2021 I purchased a 2007 Pontiac Solstice with this dealership, upon the test drive the check engine light was on and the vehicle was emitting smoke from the tail pipe. With these obvious concerns about the car the salesman named Mario informed me that they were because the previous owner had installed a high performance air filter. I was still suspicious but Mario offered me a GWC warranty for 2,800 dollars which was supposed to cover any and all problems the car had. The car is not a daily driver but even then it did not last even 30 days. The solstice is currently in a mechanics shops because several problems began to spring leaving it in its current undriveable state. These problems consist of the clutch being shot, several broken sensors, mechanical engine problems and heavy engine oil leaks. Up to today all the problems have not been identified and now the conservative bill is racking up to be more than 4,000 dollars. Worst of all the almost 3,000 dollar GWC warranty only covers 300 dollars of the total damages. Ignoring how ridiculous that is my main question is how did a vehicle that didnt even go on the road 10 times pass a California smog check and was able to be sold at all. This dealership is not accredited by the better business bureau and looks to be highly fraudulent. If anyone is to to have business with them I would highly recommend bringing a mechanic but I would even more highly suggest staying as far away from them as possible and to ignore the joke of the warranty.
