“I found this place while looking for an authorized Yeti supplier online. I started the order online but had to call call to complete it. They gave me a great price on coffee tumblers (lol, an essential item). The person who helped me was friendly and the transaction was quick and efficient. I never noticed this place while driving by, but will definitely keep them in mind my for any future hardware or related purchases.”
“All the guys are super helpful. Been in there a few times to purchase things for an exterior remodel. We even order some specific materials and before completing the sale the guy went out and located some samples and inspected them. He explained the samples were not up to standard and would be ordering new materials from the manufacture being completing the sale. Great place, huge selection of products and great prices. This spot will definitely be my go to for my future needs!”

He knew he most likely didn’t have what we were looking for and he still went and checked through his inventory. “We have been using this location for years. Everyone we talked to was kind and helpful! Service was fast and the prices were doable!I have read the two negative reviews and my first thought was what kind of attitude did they have walking in? Being in customer service for a very long time and most time when a customer is unhappy going in to the store they write a bad review. Everyone at one point has a bad day....”
“I just left the Home Depot. I was there to exchange my beloved Husky tools that broke on me. At the customer service desk, I got a little bit of hard time about the receipt for a lifetime warrantied tool however this worker Dave showed up and save the day with the even exchange. I was told to go to isle 21 to grab my tool and go back to the customer service desk. After several walk between the isles I decided to ask for help from the workers around but I was told it was out of stock without even them even looking. When I gave up and walking to exit, I seen this dude Dave and told him what happened. He decided to check the isles and found the item that I was eagerly want to exchange. BE LIKE DAVE.”

“Melessia, Home Depot Assistant Manager at 1919 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073 helped us last night 12/29/23 at 8:05pm. She was the closing manager and we were there to buy some clearance items that she helped us with. The Issue was that they were the last 2 rocking chairs in the garden department but they had mold all over them and they were broken. She marked them down since they needed to be repaired and repainted which made it a value for us. I figured we could repair them and sand and repaint them. The store was closing at 9am and we were not sure if we would be able to fit both of them in our car. Melessia offered to meet us after 9pm so we could pick up the 2nd chair if they both didn't fit. She was such a pleasure to deal with and has excellent customer service skills! We just wanted to let you know that we appreciate her! We were able to fit both chairs in our car after all!”
