What crappy agents. I went in today to open an account with chase,( hoping to take advantage of their new customer bonus when signing up for a new account.) I'm sitting in the Lobby/seating area as I heard 1 of the "Desk agents" helping with what seemed like a new customer as well. A few agents walk by me, looking me damn near in the eyes, and then turn and continue... so I'm sitting patiently by an agent who seemed to just be working on some paperwork, door wide opened and he even left his cubicle area a few times, passing me every time as the chair I had sat in was about 4 steps away! After about 20 minutes and me seeing almost 2 lines worth of customers enter and exit completely, I had got up to ask the guy I'd mentioned near me, Eddie, if new account members wait in the seating area or do we have to wait in line? I said because I've been here like 20 minutes, just sitting, getting passed by chase employees. Eddie then says, "yeah I'm sorry, you'll need to wait in line and talk to a teller." I said, "dude you passed me multiple times, I've been sitting here and nobody asked what I needed or what I was planning on doing, nothing, I could've been sitting here for what another 30 minutes?" he says, "I don't work here, I work for J.P Morgan Retirement specifically, good thing you did come ask me though so you didn't wait longer right?" Dude fucking works for Chase!!! He was suited up, working on the floor in their building, is that not working for chase lol?? So screw em, honestly left there unhelped, don't care about the $300 new account promo at that point that's how pissed off and disrespectful these "agents" were!!!

Been coming in to get change with no issue now today the cashier didn't want to give me change . They didn't seem to have a problem with it before and now I got maxed out for only $200 change . Weird .

I live close to this Chase, but I rather drive down to Paramount. I cried because I use coupons and deals to save money and now I have to pay this $480 ticket for this. Their is a "public safety" guy with the last name Moreno hiding in the bushes looking to see who parks in the disabled parking space! I had my 2 year old and my 6 month old sleeping in the car and my little sister. I showed him why I parked there and he didn't care. I know I made a mistake but I didn't park there because I was lazy Or because I didn't care about the signs. I parked there because I didn't want to leave my girls out of my sight. The saddest part is that he knows that ppl can't leave the atm unattended once you see him! He knows where to put his fucken tickets! Hope the money I pay is less in his pocket and also looses sleep. "Public Safety" my ass who did I put in danger!!!

This is a terrible Bank .. As it is connected to Amazon, they force you to use the card when you order something. Also, they only gave me a 500 dollar limit and it continually pulls down my FICO score because of the limit. They will not give ,e an increase because they know I do not like them. A real business decision. They will eventually fail and I will welcome that. Shame on them and shame on Amazon for having them in their business. Better times are coming.

Chase Bank the BELLFLOWER branch is ridiculous. I wanted to see about adding a savings account I counted 4 people in offices doing nothing when one approached me and said I needed an appointment and directed me to stand in the teller line to make one instead of making it for me. If I didn't like banking with Chase this would have certainly made me pull out all of my money

I was just there to cash money out of my account and one of the back teller's who looked like an Indian lady was being unprofessional. She told me how much money i wanted to take out and how much i had in my account out loud. Usually they have you fill out your signature with the amount you want to take out, i felt so uncomfortable with her.

I started a new business this year so I was looking to start fresh with a new bank. I called here to the bellflower branch and a friendly and informative guy named Victor answered all my questions, didn't rush me to get off the phone and I really felt the personality of the branch through him so I drove over and opened an account for my business and one for my personal too. I found a coupon on their website for $300 cash back just in time. I'm thankful for victor who didn't rush me out of the branch but took all the time necessary to explain the account and services I was getting. Thanks for all your help Victor

I had the worst customer service today on cashing a check. I come here all the time but today I had a teller she was kind of dark skin Hispanic female with straight hair she kind of looked like a frog. She was extremely rude and when I asked if she can put my money in an envelope she just tosses the envelope in the slot and doesn't even put the money in. That was a first for me. Customer service is everything and this person needs to get taught some customer service

I've used this bank since 1981 when it was a Great Western and before it even had an ATM machine. Some personnel are still there after all these years. The lines have always been long. New indoor automated teller machinery was installed awhile back but I like interacting with a human, so I wait in the line. There is plenty of parking so if the lot is full the line is probably too long. The entrance door is on the side of the parking lot. Any problems I had over the years have always been resolved fairly. There are safe deposit boxes available.

I have been with Chase for a very long time. I am not saying this particular branch is bad with service ,I am saying their banking securities are not good at all. So recently they did not catch the fraud that had happen to my business account. Someone had a Bank of America check that's clearly shows on the front wrote out to Lowe's and it was accepted by Chase to withdraw from my account because they had my account number on that fake check. One it wasn't even the right business name at the top ,2nd It's says B of A at the bottom 3rd. It's address location is in New Orleans !!!! Wouldn't the bank security would have caught that before it deducted from my account?? Now I have to wait for my money to get put back in my own account !!! I am not banking with CHASE anymore !! Total I have had 3 fraud cases with Chase. Am done with them.
