I love working out here. It's only 30 minutes. You feel great after. The trainers help you with what you need. You don't feel pressure. All the ladies are very nice. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

This all women's work out is amazing! A personal trainer is with you every visit. Perfect 30-40 min. workout for every part of your body. Cardio and stretching included. For me it's quick and easy. Marina, the manager at this Bellflower location has an extremely caring, skilled, attentive, and encouraging staff that wants you to realize your personal goals. They also have zumba several times a week. Some insurances accepted.

The attention that I receive from each of the team leaders is consistently focused on my workout, every time I go. They watch to make sure that my workout is maximized by the use of correct technique. They are devoted to supporting my goals. These ladies are the best at maximizing my achievement. Most of the women that I have met while attending Curves at various times throughout the day seem to all be very positive and encouraging. This environment is not surprising when one
