HORRIBLE customer service. Went in on a Thursday afternoon and the line was out the door. The gentleman kept apologizing for the wait as he was the "only" one there however there was someone sitting in the back. The car given to me was dirty and dusty on the inside. The next day, it was raining. The windshield wipers were bad. I received a text the same morning saying if I needed anything to reply to that number. I immediately shared my concern regarding the wipers. No one responded until Monday. There was a bad rain storm the entire weekend and I had bad wipers. Another excuse for taking so long to reply was they are closed weekends although my communication occurred on a Friday morning where they had all day to respond but didn't. I returned the car 2 weeks later and I forgot my garage opener in the car. I didn't realize it until after I had already left. I called approximately 20 minutes after I left and someone kept answering but hanging up. I called 12 times back to back for 40 minutes straight. I took a chance and went up there after hours and they were still open. I asked about getting my remote and they stated they had rented the car already. When I shared I had called 40 mins straight but they kept hanging up their response this time was "it's only 2 of us in here and it got really busy after you left". DO NOT GO TO THE ENTERPRISE IN BELLFLOWER ON WOODRUFF AND ARTESIA!!

Had a reservation went in today and there was only one employee. There was three people before me and people continued to come in. The only guy helping wasnt even welcoming every customer that was walking into the office. Any business would again welcome arriving customers we are paying customers nothing is free. He then shows a car that wasnt even in the budget we agreed on with our insurance. When he brought out a car we look at the car was filthy we then canceled our appointment and the employee slams the door and walks away very angry. Maybe if he was properly trained and enterprise be more professional when renting a car to any customer it should at least be clean inside and out. Its sad to see that our local business are not offering service as they promise.

I didn't expect to walk into an enterprise rent a car, not in the best of moods, and leave feeling like I was gonna have a great day. I work in member service so I can appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. This situation was interesting because it wasn't just someONE but TWO individuals that made me feel very welcomed. Rob and Mateo were OUTSTANDING. They made it seem like they genuinely wanted to help me out and not so much "just doing their job", and that really did make my day and this whole little situation better.

The young man that took care of everything and everyone did a super great job. He had no help and had a office full. The cats were not there and I had to wait 2 hours. He apologized and took care of us all. He deserves a raise. Very nice will use you again even though it was behind the schedule. Enjoyed the ride. Thank you . Mateo was his name *

I recently rented a car here and had the greatest experience! MATEO, ASHLEY and ROBERT provided excellent service and made sure that my rental experience after an unfortunate accident was flawless! Thank you thank you again!!

Idk what issues other people had, but my visit was 5/5. Sorry to the young blonde woman who helped me out, but I cant remember her name. she was very personable and helpful while helping me out in the annoying circumstances I was going through (a cyclist hit my car and broke my windshield so I needed a rental) . WIll definitely be going back in the future

I just returned the car today and was told I would get a phone call to finalize everything instead I got charged another 100 dollars. I tried calling several times to find out but of course no luck. You would think i would get my deposit at least. Should be illegal to charge a customer without telling them. You don’t know that persons personal finances they might just have a couple hundred to get by.

I had to rent a car through my insurance while mine was being repaired. Ashley was wonderful and efficient and beyond just handling the paperwork by taking the time to explain everything. She also made sure I knew how to connect my phone to the car's bluetooth and then helped me connect to ensure I had no difficulties. When I returned the car Ashley helped me again and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. We always rent from Enterprise and have always experience great customer service.

This is a great Enterprise location. Very friendly, patient, good listeners. Matteon helped up picking up snd dropping off the rental. His service is outstanding. Thank you making our experience fantastic.

Kevin and Kenny had called me to let me know they no longer have cars left but they accommodated me with one anyways because they knew how important it was for me to have a rental!I really appreciate their patients with me!

The staff at this location are so kind and helpful! My mom did me a favor and went to pick up my rental car, and accidentally got dropped off at the wrong car rental service. Instead of just sending her off, the staff working offered to give her a ride, and went out of their way to make sure she was at the right place. We are so grateful for their kindness, and will use them for our future rentals. We wish we got his name, maybe Kevin, but want to thank him so much anyway!
