Visited this location for scheduled DNA test, the staff were friendly, helpful and provided great customer service and support during the processing of the test with my infant child.

I Contacted to Identity Match To Inquire About DNA Testing. I had many questions. The Staff on site Barbara, answered all my questions about the different Types of DNA testing. I Scheduled an Appt to have the testing done. I Also needed some Notary work completed, so I was able to kill two birds.. I appreciated how patient and helpful she was, not to mention that fact that she didn't get annoyed with my many questions... Thanx for everything and keep up the good work.

Had an appointment at 930 arrive 10 minutes early no one is here no one answering phone waited 20 minutes and still no one to open up

dont believe the business hours posted because nobody is there. everything is by appointment but even still, they dont care if you have an appointment time. so unprofessional of them. they should close down for good!! waited over 30mins but it all went to waste, ended up looking for another place because the 2 phone numbers posted are useless, nobody answers them.

Came here to do my live scan for the RN licensure and she was awesome!! Do make an appointment! They are not always IN the office but they are more than happy to schedule an appointment and they are on time! They can even schedule before or after office hours!

If you need Live Scan.......Don't waste your time, effort or gas going to this place. Website says open at 9am but guess what Not Open. Called the office and no one answer not even a voicemail. THIS OFFICE SHOULD CLOSE FOR GOOD!!!! Called around the area and CERTIFIX dbw one place financial answered. Went to this place. Pleasant area and more professional.
