I got a dip manicure done here. Never again. He took over 2 hours and left the polish with a bubbly texture. About 5 days later the polish started to crack and I ended up taking them off myself.

I went and had a gel full set and pedicure they turned out beautiful the people are very friendly the place is extremely clean and the prices are very reasonable make sure you bring cash because tips are only given in cash at this location all services can be paid for buy Visa American Express discover or debit I had my nails done by a man named Tim and my toes done by a woman named Tammy they were fantastic

Been going here since grand opening years ago and service along with environment still friendly and clean. Better to have an appt though cause they're very high in demand so avoid the wait and make one. Kim's the best!

Loved this place Karen did my nails perfect they took their time I went in around 4:50 and they close at 5 they still took me in and didn't rush my toes came out great as well i sure will be back

Worst experience ever!! I Will never ever come back here even if it is the last nail shop on earth! I came with my neice to receive a relaxing pedicure.. My neice went first as I sat and waited on the pedi chair next to her.. For atleast 40 minutes! When it came down to pick the color, they didn't have any of the gel polishes my neice chose.. He said they were out! I ended up paying for her pedi with no polish and didn't want my pedi after all..Kim's husband that now runs the shop seemed very careless and unconcerned..very unprofessional! Don't like the vibe at all! Kim's nails sucks!! Big time!!!! Don't come here if you want a nice relaxing experience with beautiful nails! My nieces pedi was horrible!! So sad!!

Kim was very nice. Great manicure. I had a male do my pedicure and it looks like my 6year old niece painted them. Will try Kim again. Not guy.

I'm bummed there are some bad experiences! My mom, sister, and I have been going to Kim since I was 10, for 13 years! Kim is so sweet and have never had a bad experience here. I've gotten my nails done for special occasions - prom, winter formal as well as just because! I have gone to only two other places due to me moving further away about 10 months ago but I'm closer now - I'm actually going back tomorrow! Clean facility, nice ladies, when there has been as issue with my nails, they always fix it. I accidentally hit my freshly painted toe on something and messed up the polish, they fixed it right away and it looked good as new! I recently got gel nails and they've lasted for 4 weeks. My nails grow so quickly so I have to go back already!

I've been coming here for the longest, only nail salon I enjoy going to mainly because they know me and it feels more comfortable being able to go somewhere they know you. They do a good job as well and the prices are very reasonable which is another factor on why I enjoy it. At the nail salon in Cerritos mall for a gel manicure and pedicure it almost came out to 60$ with tip included!!! I can get a full set and pedicure just for 40$ here! So I will continue to go to Kim's because I'm not sure you'll find better prices.

I've been here twice and both times had issues. The first time I went in to get a gel manicure and the polish looked like a 3 year old painted my nails. I asked her to clean it up a bit and she cleaned up 1 nail and left the rest as is. When I asked her to take it off that I wasn't happy with it she ground off the polish with the acrylic Dremel thing until my nails were nearly raw. I let her do 2 nails and then asked her to stop. I walked out displeased and had to remove the rest of the gel myself at home. Mind you, this was the night before an anniversary trip with my husband. I was very displeased. Second time, I went in for a manicure and pedicure and noticed that the utensils she was using on my feet were labeled "used utensils". I asked her about it and she stated that they were clean and that the box was mislabeled. 2 days later my big toe started to hurt. I soaked it in warm water and ended up going to a dr. because my big toe became infected and I literally had puss come out of the area between my skin and the nail. I called the salon to tell them what happened and they didn't care. Didn't even ask me what day I had been in or who did the pedicure. I've been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened. To say the least, I will not be returning to this salon!!

I've been coming here for several years! I gotta say it's not what it use to be, but non the less it is still a great place, friendly people and they do an excellent job! Sometimes there is a wait, but just call ahead and they will see you first! Tammy and kimmy are the best technicians left now!
