I went to the Best Buy outlet and bought an open box fridge. Everything here is open box from fair condition to excellent condition. Most of the merch are appliances but also some speakers, computers, fans, other electronics.

This was a great shopping plaza but now, the only major stores there are Little Cesar's Pizza, Denny's, a donut shop, and a Starbucks on the Artesia Ave side.

I used to shop here. Stater bros and Staples were my favorite places to go, but they closed shop because (a ccording to the employees I spoke with), the land owner raised the rent to an unaffordable amount that they no longer afford. As a result, both large square footage buildings have remained vacant for years. It seems that it would have been more profitable to keep the rent reasonable so that these two businesses could have stayed open. At least the land owner would be getting some income from the properties. I doubt that any business we frequent will lease those buildings. It's like a ghost town. I think I was probably just driving through the lot after getting food to go from Denny's, but that's a different survey.
