TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY INFORMATION SO I CAN GET MY ACCT# AND TRANFER PIN# FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. EVEN THOUGH I CAME IN WITH MY PASSPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD HIM TO RESET MY ACCT PIN, MAX WOULDN'T DO IT! BUT KEPT HANGGING UP MY CALL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES..THIS IS NONSENSE!! LIKE I SAID, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WENT THROUGH!!!

This has been the worst experience ever!!!! Max and the other employees are very RUDE AND HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE I'VE EVER SEEN WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING SOMEONE ?.. AFTER BEING WITH METRO FOR A LONG TIME, I LITERALLY FELT THE NEED TO SWITCH OVER TO A DIFFERENT CARRIER. SO UPSETTING HOW EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS CONTINUE WORKING FOR A BUSSINESS THAT IS GETTING PAID TO PROVED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! SHAME ON METRO PCS?

the new worker at this location committed fraud on my account. He changed my plan with it asking and tried to keep the money. he also blocked 611 from being able to send notifications to me. we are still trying to get things back to normal. this has all been reported to customer service. sorry man but I won't deal with you guys anymore. I'm already in contact with corporate and fraud department. I've been a customer there for a very long time and never had a problem before

I went in to activate my phone and was helped out by a young guy. His name was Daniel. I had an issue on my end with a defective phone. This guy helped me throughout the entire ordeal. It took about 45 minutes. I would recommend anyone that has an issue, go to him.

Hi ,I am Jaskaran I called to your shop 3 to 4 times they told me that send me the pic of your box of iPhone 14 pro and your email.I had sended my email to them it’s gonna be 3 months they didn’t dent it to me and now I called in your store they told me come to the store and take that we are not sure about that and they cut the mobile in a rude manner I am not appreciate from your store and when I bought the mobile they told me come on another day we will give it to you They didn’t give it to me on that day…. Too much rude employees

This store has the rudest employees ever. Had my son go pay my bill like he always does and she kept having attitude and saying the payment was declining so I went and she said debit or credit I said it didn't matter it can go either way and with attitude she gonna say it does matter like no the hell it don't but conveniently it went thru. Worst customer service ever. I will just keep going back to where I use to go

I went to my normal Metro Store and it's shut down boo!! So here I am ,I stumbled upon the Metro Dealer and walked in . Got greeted by the TMobile Experts in the front had 2customers in front of me. Asked for some help to switching over from iphone to Android yup I'm over the Apple Jeffrey went the extra mile to get my free line back and lower my monthly. Bought a case also and was given a free protector. I will now be coming here . Thanks a Bunch

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!On 7/8/2022Approximately 4:30pm I pulled in front of the door. The door was wide open. There was a female and a male just sitting there appeared to me that they were on their personal phones. There were no customers in the store. I beckon for one to come to the door so that I can ask them if they would be able to help me. They acted like they didn't want to come. I walk with a cane and I have a hard time getting in and out of the car. So I wanted to know before getting out of my car. At any rate, after going in the store I received no greeting, no hello, no how are you, Nothing. The only thing the guy said was "how can I help you" (as if he really didn't want to help). I said hello to him twice. He still didn't say hi /hello. The guy said that it would be a $23 fee for a problem that the company initiated. (???Why should I have to pay because you outsourced your Galaxy 4 tablet). I wanted to have info from old tablet transferred to the new tablet that had been mailed to me. I advised him that the letters that I received said that there would be NO CHARGE to the customers however he insisted that there will still be a $23 charge. Needless to say I left and went to the location on Rosecrans and Lakewood boulevard. They mentioned nothing about a fee. THE STORE ON ROSECRANS AND LAKEWOOD BOULEVARD WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. FROM THE TIME I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. JUST FYI.Back to this Alondra & Bellflower Bl. Location. The one located behind the Dentist. Next to the Chinese Food Restaurant. SMH. I HOPE I NEVER EVER HAVE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER EVER AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP. Even though I have to drive about 15 minutes further from my residence to get good customer service at gas prices almost $7 a gallon. I will.Thanks for NOTHING BELLFLOWER & ALONDRA LOCATION. GOD BLESS YOU ANYWAY.

I had some questions about my phone i had bought at another store and got to talking with the Manager/Owner and we had a wonderful conversation and he really helped me alot! Really great guy!! I'd work for him in a heartbeat if i could. God bless you Sir, was nice meeting you...Thanks for making a stressed out girl feel alot better ?
