Sold me a faulty vehicle from the jump and broke down the first two weeks i drove it off the lot. They offered to fix my car for “free” after I threatened to sue them . They had my car under repairs for 21 days and when i went to het my vehicle the mechanic refused to provide me documentation of what was wrong with the vehicle and what he had fixed. A few days later the car catches fire while im driving it home from work and I almost die . Don’t purchase from this place they are scammers, fraud, and they dont inspect their vehicles. They sell them “as is” because they know that eventually they will have mechanical problems.

Opted to get an M5 at Pro X rather than BMW, turned out to be a great decision. Saved money + the staff is cool and helped accommodate all my requests beyond the car, such as extended warranty, etc...Special shout out to Frank for all the back and forth with great advice (he's the guy with the world class beard). He's been happy to help even after the sale is made.Great job to everyone at Pro X, keep up the great work and service!

Don’t buy a vehicle here only have 3 months with the vehicle and it no longer runs. Had problems with the vehicle right away. Make sure to read every page you sign when buying a vehicle cause that pro x motors you only get one day after you purchase to return vehicle if you find something wrong. Extremely unreasonable

I purchased an electric vehicle from this dealer, I asked the sales representative "how many times do I have to charge it to take it from Long Beach to Las Vegas" he said "none, one charge will get you there", his response was the decisive factor to make the purchase. The transaction was done late on Sunday, on Monday night I realized that the maximum range is 93 miles for the full battery, making his a false statement. I called the sales rep on Tuesday early morning asking to for an exchange but after talking to the manager they were not able to help me out. Their statement listed on Yelp and copied below also seems false because they couldn't exchange my vehicle even though it was not past the 3 days.SpecialtiesAs a top seller of pre-owned vehicles in the South Gate, California area, Pro X Motors is here to help you find your next ride. For the first time I just purchased a used car plus didn't have my father in law to help. The salesman Mohammad treated me with such respect and did not try and take advantage of me. The car I picked is in such great condition and met all of what I was hoping to get. My husband union, UFCW recommended Pro X Motors for their members, that lets all of us know the shop is respected.

They sell cars purchased from New York area. Inspect your cars thoroughly, because beneath you might find severe corrosion. Make sure all fixtures are working, knobs are in place. inspect your oil and gas tanks. In my case they were broken, and I only found out when it was time for oil change, and it costed me arm and a leg to get it repaired. We tend not to pay attention to these, till later we find them all broken. Make sure all windows and roofs are properly working. Take a mechanic with you to inspect your car.

Took my wife to buy a car back in March and was able to purchase the vehicle, took it in too service 2months later for an axle leak and come to find out the car had a whole host of problems. Cracked locker, broken axle shaft, rusted and corroded lower control arms, shocks, front axle , wheel hubs and abs sensor, transfer shift cable, sway bar, swaybar module, ball joints, and more. I have spent over $4,000 in repairs even though I am doing all the work myself. Turns out they painted the entire undercoat with black spray paint and called it “excellent condition” I was personally told it had no issues and I didn’t notice any of this before I purchased because everything was coated black. Called the gm a Mr. Fouad and he gave me the run around for two weeks and stopped answering my phone calls. Offered his mechanic to take a look at it only if I towed it. I live over 20 miles away and wasn’t able to pay the towing fee. Do not shop here, they are frauds and I have all the proof, I am taking the next steps to recoup my expenses as I have seen their business practices. I own my business and have never treated my clients this way. I didn’t buy “as is” either, I had a dealers warranty and they didn’t do anything to honor their word. My father is a manager at a Ford dealership and I had his mechanics take a look as well, if it wasn’t for the paint all of the problems would’ve been noticeable. My wife has not been able to work over this problem simply because we don’t have access to the vehicle as it is still not drivable. They are crooks and have already lost a lawsuit for the same issue. We drove this vehicle less than 2,000 miles before taking it in too service as I work from home and my wife was not working at the time. And don’t give me the normal wear and tear BS because none of this is maintenance work, it’s heavy duty replacement. I have all the proof they commit fraud and can prove it unconditionally.*UPDATE* 9/13/22 - Mechanical failure is one thing, selling a faulty and unsafe vehicle under the pretense that it is a “perfectly functioning vehicle in excellent condition” as quoted by your salesman and manager is another and by definition is fraud. Not to mention the fraud in the practice of falsifying documents without properly verifying the condition of the vehicle beforehand which is not the only form of misleading and fraudulent activity, especially in this case. Being told your mechanics personally verified the condition of the vehicle we were “guaranteed the vehicle was perfectly safe to operate” which it wasn’t and could’ve led to severe bodily injury and or death. That by definition is an unsafe vehicle and should’ve been registered inoperable. A guarantee is a statement of reassurance of the business’ responsibility to the consumer which was clearly not valued in our negotiation and is a form of manipulation and malpractice by your business and all those employed under your supervision. There is also the other case of fraud which I will not mention here but will indefinitely shut down the practice of your business.*UPDATE* 9/20/2022They will not respond to my response because they know they are committing fraudulent acts and willfully ignore them. The DMV will be investigating this dealership soon and they will be reported to the BBB, NMVB.
