Pushy and rude.
Basic pedicure is $25 for a cut, trim, cleaning, and only 2 minutes of massage. They upsell hard, $6 for a scrub or callus remover (not both), $35 for both with barely any an extra minute massage time. Gel add-on is $12, $5 to remove gel no matter where you got it, plus they hide the card machine and push cash/ATM with extra fees.
My nail tech shoved my feet into the water, yanked them onto the rest, and clearly treated me differently because I didn’t buy their pricey extras. Never again.

I have been coming with Mimi for the past 5 years. The service is excellent. From pedicures to full sets, gel ex, dipped- powder, she is great at what she does. The salon is a welcoming environment and the staff is very friendly. The owner is very attentive . I love it here .

I always come here.. I am a bit picky BUT Tammy & Liz always alway does a great job. Too MONDAY @9AM a slow day I come in and Liz is on vacation they suggested I go to “Lisa” and she refused me services on my nails stating she’s done my nails before and she’s not comfortable; w! I’m absolutely not ok with that behavior, CUSTOMER SERVICE means customers 1st so she decided to fold towels & be on cell phone over servicing a customer?!

I was referred to Kelly for my acrylic set . She started well I was satisfied then she went back shaping it again why I don’t know then to tell me when I’m actually paying my money that she only do her way . So people are paying their money and you can’t do what they asking for then for her to tell me that she’s not fixing it and I didn’t have to pay it . Well I’ll make sure that they removed the messy job that she did and show them by paying those $20 because they didn’t want to . Pay at all . Went to another nail shop 6 min away and they did my nails exactly how I wanted .Smhhhh

They did my nails crook and when I tell the lady I want a type of design she tells me no that this way better. Then she turns to her co workers and talks in her language and they all start laughing. She didnt finish switch me to guy and he ended up finishing my nails. I notice when the owner not there they don’t care. Came here since I was kid never coming back.

This nail shop is extremely too high. They charge $60 for a fill and charged a lady $60 for a short set with diamonds and metal. I pair 50 dollars the first time and 60 to get a fill Never again !! They are scaming ppl. To top it off she did the marble design wrong I was there for 2 hours!!! She kept doing it over.. sloppy work the picture shows a white mark on the design.Holly you know you wrong!! Worse nailshop I have been to.

Today this place really frustrated me. I've been coming almost as a regular since 2015, I left twice and reconsidered and came back today was the reminder why I have left a few times. I come once a month I really like the lady that does my nails I only go to her (bad with names can't remember hers) today Holy wasn't there not sure if that is why they tried to charge me 16 or more for services I usually get on a regular basis. I paid 36 for my pedicure and they tried to charge me 48 for gel on my feet. I was pretty upset about that when I questioned it I'm being looked at like I'm stupid or being extra. Now last time I had same pedicure package and color I did nothing different but your trying to tell me I need to pay 12 more I don't think so. Now when I come in there Holy is begging for customers I told her then your charging too much so you go up more and don't tell your customers. Now is time to venture out again and go somewhere else. They tried to kind of fix it and not charge me the price but how that was done I'm very upset and extremely disappointed.

Went in on a Saturday. They were pretty short staffed Waiting 1:30 mins to get sitted down. Witness 2 other people fighting with some of the nail techs due their lack of customer service.'

This place operated during covid and ignored precautions. It was remodeled and of course prices have increased. But the nail quality/pedicure/manicure/ gel polish has dropped significantly. Nails have come off within one week and gel nail polish chips very fast (due to the stretching of adding acetone). Long story short, I had to find a new place and it was the best decision. Long time no see Holly!

I have came to this location maybe a handful of times. I only come for a gel pedicure. I have had no issues with until Thursday February 1st. I came in for the same service. I have noticed that my big toes was hurting the next day. I did not think anything of it, I thought it was because I went an extra week without a pedicure. Then I actually paid attention to it Saturday February 3rd. I noticed my skin red and when I squeezed it puss came out. I am not sure what happened so now my big toe is infected.

Love love love coming here ? they always are so welcoming and assist in helping me choose the right options for my gel polish. Recently switched over to GEL-X and I haven't went back since. Great place to treat yourself. Please be patient with the ladies! They are very attentive in their art 10/10 ?

Been going to this nail shop for nearly 10 yrs, Once the pandemic hit their service changed dramatically! They use to be so nice, once I questioned the owner about a dramatic price changed her energy thereafter was NASTY to say the less!! She stop speaking etc! No biggie! Thanksgiving a day before I get my feet done, the charge $43 for this service it was close to closing and I personally didn't like the color, I always feel uncomfortable saying anything because of the energy so I just said nothing. Besides there closing, let it go Right?! Welp I just hated them I thought they were closed Thanksgiving so I came first thing Friday morning, the owner who's suddenly so rude now said that I should of said something that day and it's $17 for a color change , we went back and forth a little I then agreed just to pay, she then said how about I just give you $12 the lady who did your nails isn't here. I said no it's okay I'll just pay to get it changed she said no I'll just give you $12! I said okay took the $12 and left. Now in January I came back it's winter haven't been having my feet as much so I gave them a break. When I came in I sat down. Now body said anything to me, waited about 10 minutes and a woman I never seen ask me "what did I need done" I said can I get a manicure and pedicure? She said oh no we can't service you, I'm like wait what, the owner who's at the pedicure booth is looking away as if they didn't just speak in their language. To sum it up I literally acted a fool in that place! Not because they're just so great at what they do but because the audacity of you to sit and hold a grudge at me over asking about pricing. Furthermore you could have refused service when you gave me the $12 dollars back instead of acting like you were coming up with a solution. Me personally I would never recommend any place you can't questions, I wouldn't recommend a place that talks in another language to make You feel weird, and I wouldn't recommend any place that doesn't know how to Properly refuse service. They knew I did nothing wrong but instead waited until I came back to I don't know try and embarrass me! Yeah nice try! Anyways Kim's nails on Rosecrans! Best place I ever experienced same price range and great service!!!
