Why would you have walk in appointments, they make sure they take their time I haven't been to a facility that takes so long to draw blood they do it on purpose this is the worst the girl help me check but I wasn't checked in

My appointment was at 8:10 a.m.I got there at 8 o'clock and the office was still closed. They're supposed to be open at 7:30 AM and they were still closed. I waited about 15 minutes and the lady finally showed up to open the office. Such unprofessionalism. I ended up leaving without getting my blood work done. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The worst! Avoid coming here. They tell you you can stay walk in but in reality they don't cause its full with appointments.

I’ve been giving blood at quest for 4 years every 3 months and my Dr always sends my labs through email it’s 2023!! And I always have it emailed to quest no problem but this location CANDY seemed bothered that I had to email it to them which takes 30 seconds to receive an email she made me go back to the front she kept taking people before me and said “I’ll check my email in a second” like no your going to check it now I sent it 20 min again and I’m still waiting in the lobby???? Like I had an appointment at 1pm. She got bothered because I confronted her about it sorry you don’t get confronted often but I’m not the one

denied my service because my moms name was on my insurance card when she's the primary subscriber. I asked if they could look me up they said no. I asked if I can email a different copy they said no. they made no extra effort to help me. I had a appointment at 3:45 and said they were closing at 4:00 so they couldn't help me. I went to a different location and this quest said they easily could have looked me up and printed out my information. staff is lazy and doesn't care about patients even if they have a schedule appointment. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I've been here twice and both times have been pleasant. I waited 15 minutes which is understandable for a short staffed lab. Don't blame them blame the system that underhires and overworks our healthcare workers and uses older technology. Make an appointment, make sure you have your labs or confirm your doctor sent the order and you'll be helped in a timely fashion. Anyways, I always get a handful of vials done and its always painless.

I have been using this location for my labs. They have been courteous. I have bad veins... the phlebotomists, have made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this location and I go back again. My husband uses this location too. Thank you all!

Fuckin ridiculous. I set up an appointment for my mom today at 12:20pm and when she arrived, the receptionist said she "couldn't find her in the system." We gave her a confirmation code and supposedly her appointment "doesn't exist." She had us waiting in the lobby for 2 hours after her appointment time. What is the point of making an appointment if you're not honoring the time I set up??? SMH

I made an appointment and was in the area earlier so I checked in. Doesn't really matter because you have to wait for your scheduled time even if they're not busy. Do yourself a favor, don't arrive too early!

They r not following the appointment times . My appointment was 8.20 and waiting for long time . They started lots of appointments 8.30 and up . I had to call them . This was bad experience

When Quest posts it's hours as being open until 4 pm, DO NOT believe them. If you arrive after 3:45 pm, they will not serve you. This place must have the equivalent of a monopoly on handling medical tests or is just swimming in revenue from all the COVID bucks printed by the government, because they have no concerns for their customers. Apparently, customer service is not something they invest in or value. If you have the option to go elsewhere, definitely go elsewhere. They do not deserve your business.

Don't bother making an appointment because it will not be honored here. No update..no apology nothing.. ugh Going on 1 hour waiting for my son to get his blood drawn. They don't even have names on the monitor to update wait time. That should have been a red flag for me when I arrived. Ugh! I understand the short staffed reasoning. So if you are short staffed don't take walk ins. Send the walk ins to another lab.
