They were very attentive and polite in my first visit.I have to update my review. They are awesome, extremely polite and return my car back in perfect condition. And, they washed it. So, they deserve more than 5 stars.

My problems started years ago when a large branch from an oak tree fell on my truck. there was damage to the hood the right fender, the right door and rearview mirror, the grill, the brush guard, and a branch went through the windshield. There was also some minor damage to the top of the truck. I went to the shop, then Gregs collision center, because it was my insurances repair shop. When I picked up my truck the first thing I noticed was the brush guard looked like someone had thrown sand on it while the paint was still wet. They asked me to leave it for a few more days. When I picked it up the paint repairs were complete. Forward a few years and the clear coat and paint stared to peel in all the areas they had worked on, so back it went for warranty work. When I went to pick up the truck I noticed the aluminum rims were all streaked like they had been etched with some kind of mild acid. I pointed this out and they said they didn't do the damage, so I had them pull up the pictures they had taken when I dropped off my truck and showed them the rims were not damaged when I dropped it off. They made several attempts to repair them, which they were not able to do. I told them they needed to replace the rims which they refused to do, they said they would pay for half the cost of new rims, to which I said you did the damage you replace them, which again they refused. My mistake was just saying the hell with them, there was no safety issue with the rims, so I just let it go. I recently took my truck back in because, once again the paint and clear coat was pealing again. They told me because of the exstensive amount of damage, it would be two and a half to three weeks to do the work. I am now in the eight week and the truck is still not complete. I have been lied to time after time about when my truck would be ready. I kept being told, next Friday, next Friday. I was also told at the end of the forth week, it is the paint shop, but we are waiting on parts to come in, there were NO parts at all, the was strictly a repaint job. I was called last Friday, my truck was ready for pick up. I went over to the shop, the work on the truck was a joke, there were chips in the paint, overspray on the molding, some kind of brown streaking in one area of the front fender, areas of the damage had not been repaired at all, the finished paint was not smooth, it had a grit feel to it and the hood was out of alignment. I refused the truck, and called the regional manager for service king, and the regional manager for my insurance who I been in contact with for several days prior and told them about the poor quality of the work and that I was refusing the truck. My truck is still in the shop. Do not, under any circumstance let these people work on your vehicle. They have a systemic problem at service king, which nobody seems to be interested in correcting. Extremely poor work and management.

This place won’t answer my phone call and they put me on hold twice for 15 minutes without saying anything and I had to take my car back 3 times for the same reason paint was cracking every timeService: Body & Trim

the customer service was overall great. they finished my car fast and it looks good my only problem is that when I dropped my car off it was spotless clean. I go to pick it up and all my car paperwork that was in my glove compartment was all over my front seat and floor. I don't know what they were looking for but thats very unprofessional. also my trunk was all organized with everything in their sports and I go to open it and everything was just thrown around as well.

Was recommended by the insurance to take my car here for repairs. They gave an estimate of about $2500, we decides to go on with the repairs. Once it was there they did another estimate and told the insurance it was going to be $10,000+ more. Insurance and us decided not to repair it after all since it was more than the cost of the car. They removed the bumper and then refused to put it back on. When picking it up one of the workers mentioned that the car "had previous damage" which is why the cost of repairs would've been more. This we know was a lie, the car was purchased brand new, has had one owner and has never been in a car accident besides this one. I do not trust them and will never be going there again.

Very poor! On 7-24-23 I drove over to their business to see about having a new have a new bumper installed on my truck. I was supposed to speak with Jose, but he was out of the office. They took down my name and number, and was told that Jose would contact me as soon as he returned. I waited until around 4:00 that day, with no return call. I called the business and asked to speak with Jose, but again, he was out of the office. I gave them my name and number, and was told Jose would call me as soon as he returned. Again, no return call was made. I decided to wait until the the 25th to see if they would contact me. No calls back to me! So I waited until just about closing time on the 25th. No calls back to me. Without trying to sound too sarcastic, I guess I should congratulate this business on the abundance of customers coming into their location, as they can pick and chose whomever they want to work with. One thing I do know for certain is that they don't have to concern themselves with any further telephone calls from me. By the way, I strongly recommend Jon's body shop on W. 11th St in Long Beach. Should have the job done by Thursday, outstanding service at a very affordable price. Service King, either change your business name or ramp up the customer service! Terrible experience!

I had to bring my 2016 Toyota Corolla in for repairs on both the passenger front and back doors. The staff was friendly and responsive, and they did a good job repairing the deep scratch, dents, and other body damages. However, I can't say the same about the paint job; over time, the paint has worsened to the point where it started to peal off at a fast rate. I suggest checking out other collision centers or being prepared to repaint your car if you choose to do so.

This place lacks customer service as the employees there want to do the bare minimum. I'm sure they only stay in business since most insurance company's send customers there. I would stay away if customer service is bad who knows how the quality of repairs are. After all insurance company's get these select shop's since the shop is charging lower hourly rates for labor.

This place is great while they have your car and the insurance company hasn't paid them yet. Once my insurance company paid them and I needed to contact them for some issues with car, they ghosted me completely. I had major extensive front-end damage due to a collision. After I got the car back, turns out the tires were NOT balanced, an axle was broken (!!!) and they over inflated the replaced tire. NOT happy! I am now wrestling with my insurance company (State Farm) to get reimbursed, since I had to take the car (Honda Insight) into my dealership for repairs. I should have used my dealership (Goudy) from the very beginning. I chose Service King/Crash Champions because they were Honda-certified and a preferred service provider from State Farm. So you would think they'd do it right. NOPE. I am thinking of taking it back to my dealership for a full inspection on everything they supposedly fixed just to make sure. But I don't know if I will get reimbursed. So this review is not only for Service King/Crash Champion but for State Farm too. Shame on them both!OH and I forgot to mention that when I first noticed wobbling when I drove my car over 60 MPH, I brought it back to SK/CC and they told me that the 'tires probably need to be balanced and we don't do that here.' HUH? As it turns out, it was a lot more than just unbalanced tires. My service guy was Ivan....I don't blame him, I blame the company and their policies. Yah, don't use this place.

Jose Gonzalez and his team at Service Kings did an excellent job keeping me informed every step during the auto body repair. They made my car look and drive as well as it was before someone had hit my car. They went up to bat to make sure the insurance company covered everything. They have good & friendly phone, text and front desk communication skills. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great and honest service. Thanks Jose and Service Kings!Services: Tires

The woman that serviced me was experiencing IT problems. She was stressed understandably but was extra helpful to me since I'm elderly & not very tech savvy. When she became overwhelmed with customers she had her manager kick in and they were both great. Couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you.
