I called Specialized Mobile Mechanic when my alternator suddenly died towards closing hoursThey responded within half an hour and scheduled a technician to come to work early the following day.Ryan the technician arrived on time as promised. He replaced the Alternator and serpentine belt. It took less than hour. He saved me time buy buying the replacement parts. I felt guilty because it was raining, but that didn’t stop him. I never write reviews but I had an outstanding experience with Eric, who not only expertly diagnosed and repaired my car's issue several times from the day I bought a non operating car to pushing it another 50k miles. also Eric provided honest and reasonably priced services. Very rude and not useful when it comes to service, charges a $165 diagnostics fee with no repairs or solutions even after diagnostics is done . stars if possible . Do not book with this man . He will take your money and parts from your car, do not recommend.

I hired Erik to replace my carburetor and water pump on my 67 Cadillac Eldorado show car. I rebuilt the carburetor and he had no problem installing it. But the water pump was a big problem. He helped me find one that would fit on my car but the bolts were so old and rusted it took him almost two days unscrewing them. He worked endlessly to get them out. He had such patience and tried everything from hand turning the trough ones an re-drilling and tapping the seized bolts. Plus he had to modify the existing bracket to fit the pump. He never gave up. He had such a positive attitude and was so pleasant to work with plus he was always on time and and communticative. He was very knowledgeable with classic cars. He made sure the car was covered so there would be no scratches. I highly recommend Erick for your repairs. I am now going us him to work on my other classic car.
