Great experience I've been with T-Mobile since they came to the US. (1998) Nothing but good things to say the company. Came in this week to upgrade a phone. Uzzi and Jason were great in assisting me with this transaction. Both very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all you do T-Mobile employees. Bot in store and off site.

dropped by to check on a samsung model and ended up getting the s23-fe & changed my carrier to t-mobile as well. Robert @paddisom square-norwalk was an excellent associate, helpful, courteous & informative - 5* service in my book. totally eased my mind to jump from verizon with whom i have always used! thank you for your great offer & help, t-mobile.

T-Mobile located at Bellflower.Thank you Jonathan! If you guys stop by ask for Jonathan excellent customer service. I had been at the store a couple of times and couldn't get my daughter's watch replacement, had called customer service and finally when I was about to cancel the watch line Jonathan was able to get things done. He was friendly and very nice, he listen to my previous problems and got things done. Thank you!

Wendy the supervisor there didn’t want to help or even try to help at all I have been trying to get my phone replaced due to the phone not working properly first phone warranty order was never mailed second one arrived damaged and 3rd one order was never placed it’s been one month without a working phone and wanted to turn me away because I didn’t have iD yet they can bypass if I know the pin on the account which the other rep there said has Long has I knew the pin to cancel the damaged device and call in to order new one I also had a picture of my id which last time I went with physical id they didn’t even scan anyways ….. horrible customer service if she would have just looked for the warranty she would have seen that it was the older damaged one and wouldn’t have needed to get into account either way

I called for the iPhone mini 13 and a worker told me Thant they had it in stock and if I can get it on hold and she said yes. I went to the store and when I asked about the phone they said that they did not have it. So I went to Best Buy.

I went to buy a iPhone pro max 14 apple watch some cables charges they sold me the cell phone blocked!!!! I returned and they charged me a fee .the sale man didn't explain me the cell phone was going to be blocked for 3 months!

The service was poor. I asked for a application there and they told me to go online instead of directing me to the barcode so I can scan it. I was looking for it everywhere tilk I gave up. No help nor service. I'll never go there again to get a application.

They literally stole my money. They placed me on a plan I never asked for and refused to give me a receipt for how much I was charged. They over charged me by $1,400! They ran my card twice with the excuse of having bad service!!!!!

Stopped by a few other T-Mobile stores near by until we ended up at this one. Great costumer service by Johnnie at this location. Very helpful and made everything easy. Highly recommend this T-Mobile if you're looking to get a new phone. Very clean too.
