Rolled up at 4:40 and was turned away with a posted close time of 5 o’clock. Seems like 250% of the time, they’re closing early, 25% of the time out of propane and 50% have what I need. Every time I leave the house for propane, it’s a coin flip.

Staff called to help me change my drop off location ahead of time; which the website wouldn’t allow me to set to the same store. Having that extra human touch and anticipation was great.
