I can’t thank the staff there enough for their help! Thank you to the lady that ensures everyone in line has their documents ready or have questions and to Lloyd that allowed & helped me complete my passport application. You truly helped me get back to my mom who was in the hospital.

Live on Carpintero and the mail lady puts mail wherever, anybody's mailbox will do.

I'm always busy, besides my work, I also resell on Ebay. I print postage label at home and drop off here, very easily. Their self service is quick, scan, email myself a receipt (save the paper, save the planet) , drop off in the bin and go. Only when there's a line to use self service, does it take longer.

Very bad experience about the delivery service, the mail man left me a notification to go and pick up a letter I went and they did not find it. I did waist my time for nothing and I have to go again. I try to talk with a supervisor over the phone and it is only a machine giving me a lot of choices but I do not have the opportunity to talk with them about my missing letter. So sad.

1230 appointment for a passport. Showed up at 12. They tell me that their camera is not working for pictures. Had to go to Walgreens. Then I come back by 1230. It’s 1:07 now and still haven’t been called. No communication on what your status is.

This has got to be the worst Post Office ever for passport appointments. I originally made the appointment a week in advance, showed up early and on time so they can have you wait over an hour and will purposely have you wait longer if you say anything. If you think the DMV is bad this place is worst. Don't go here.

This location has serious lacking security and professionalism. Couple examples someone internally tried stealing money from my neighbors money order transaction on one occasion. As for me I am dealing with a immature and petty courier who is not delivering my mail and for all I know is stealing my mail since not even a supervisor can account for the couriers actions. I've submitted 3 complaints with no resolution. This place really needs to gutt it's employee pool and replaced them with trustworthy professional workers.

I've used this Post Office several times for both packages and documents, and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of service. The staff is attentive and efficient, quickly processing my items while ensuring everything is securely packaged. The rates are reasonable, and I appreciate how transparent they are about the available shipping options. Whether it’s local or international shipping, I always trust this Post Office to get it done right, on time, and within budget.

Gricel was so helpful and thorough with our emergency passport application. She saved our trip!!! While I was waiting she was also so helpful for all the other customers. The entire start was actually very friendly and helpful as well.

Poor customer service my mom and my dad went there to apply for passport and the lady in front desk said they need to make online appointment in order to get a US passport.
My parents force to do online appointment which is not everyone have a knowledge using online or computer.
My dad is already 78 years and his vision wasn't good, the same on my mom never done online appointment,USPS has no consideration. They want them to come back Saturday to get a passport.

Bad service, I had an appointment at 215 and didn’t get seen until after 240 she took someone 5 minutes before my appointment. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment, no agent was there at the counter when I got there.at 210 someone walked in and she took them first not sure why .. she took about 30 mins to help them out. I drove out there because my son’s dad was going to meet us there during he’s lunch, he was late getting back to work. Smh I had everything ready my copies my check and my picture for my son. Overall I was there one hour and 10 minutes, my process at the counter was about 15 mins. I would suggest go some where else for your passport.

Poor service. Inept employees. When making inquires, employees give different answers. Lastly, an agency should admit when they have made a mistake and want to make it right. Maybe one day USPO will be replaced with automation since they do not think they can be replaced since they are not competing with another agency; so therefore they do not feel they have any reason to offer quality service.
