Absolute waste of time. I've called 30+ times and nobody has ever answered the phone. You have to go in person to actually talk to somebody, like it's the 1800s. Took my business to Chase.

This place has been open to me once in the last four years. I have never seen such a poorly run financial institution ever. If it wasn't for the fact they were right next to my work I'd go somewhere else. Yet here we are. once a lady whom worked there told me they weren't a cash bank. I'm so disgusted with this place. Worst bank ever.

Had an appointment this morning to get help with setting up my online banking account for a new car loan and the two guys who helped me (Evan & Martin) were extremely patient and helpful! They were both very friendly, personable, and attentive. They apologized a few times for the process taking as long as it did, but it wasnt long at all and they made the overall experience very easy and pleasant!

The bank at Carlmont Shopping Center in Belmont is not helpful. They have NO cash, I was told to use the ATM. I made a deposit, headed to the back counter, was told rudely that's not where I should go. For years the transactions were done at the counter, then they were closed for so long, how should I have known that? Limited services, rude staff. The location is convenient for me, but if they don't have cash then what's the point?

Looks like this branch is closed. Only ATM available. There was no one in the lobby during a weekday at 1pm. The doors were locked.

If you are not going to help clients why open? NO CASH transactions? Seriously? Just close permanently then!

I get it b of a is lacking in the number of employees they have and had to shut many small branches down what I don't like is they change safe deposit access policy without notice, I was told by the manager access would be granted between the hours of 3:00-4:00 pm on mondays guess the changed that policy with out telling anyone. Seriously considering closing my accounts at b of a and moving everything to chase or wells fargo what a shame I have been with b of a over 20 years

Still closed. No nearby BOAs open. I need a check to pay for car repairs. But I need a car to get to the nearest BOA. Phone service is awful.

This review is for this location and bank of America as a whole. All local branches like this one are closed and I have to drive two cities away to get any help. I've tried to use their app and call center, neither were able to solve my problem without me having to go to a physical location, and of course none are open. Very disappointed and I am probably switching banks

Worst bank ever!! I fricken hate this bank! Do NOT ever open an account here. You will never be able to talk to anyone ever and when you are able to talk to someone they CAN'T do anything for you. And even when you take HOURS out of your days to go through the process of doing things the way they make you do them, they still don't get done and then they take no accountability for their mistakes.

B of A teller desk experience in the past years had been horrific. They are slow, slow, and slow. The Belmont Ralston Branch today is a surprising difference. I came 15 minutes before closing and there were 10 people waiting in line. By the time I get to the window the wait was only 5 minutes. The two ladies at the desk, Maria and Jasmine, were extremely efficient. Other branches including Daly City and Foster City need to learn from them.
