June 29, 2023, at 8:50 pm. After attempting to use my credit card the screen reads "please see cashier" As I walk to the cashier, she points to the my car again and again as I walk closer as though she is annoyed. I am thinking she reset the pump on her end. After 3 attempts, "please see cashier" every time. I then told her, "you pointed with your finger so I pointed with the credit card" she rudely said "I don't know" her look on her face was so annoying I wish I had it recorded. She probably had a bad day, but still no reason to be such a rude person. I hope she gets more training and loses that bitter personality.

Went there for a oil change. Very friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend this place to everyone!

Super cheap gas, located right off of 101, with working mobile payment readers right at the pump. This is an A+ gas station.

First time to visit a Double Time Gas location. Chose it for the great price. Great service and attention by Juan, the on duty cashier.

Cheapest gas for miles around, except Costco gas in Redwood City. I try to drop by when passing near. The gas station is really clean and nice. No complaints.

Unbelievably rude cashier! Trying to use credit card at the pump, but the screen said "see cashier." I went inside and the female cashier snapped "how much?" I replied, I'm filling up, so I don't know "how much?" Now she yelled "HOW MUCH?" I again said I don't know until I fill up. She said "give me the card." I handed the card to her and then she immediately pushed the card back to me and didn't say anything. So, I asked her what was I supposed to do? She yelled "GO TO PUMP." I told he to stop yelling at me and left the store. I pumped the gas and requested a receipt, but no receipt came out. So, I went back into the store and told the clerk that the paper was empty for the receipt. She printed a receipt and threw it at me. I then asked for the owner or manager's name. She snapped "what for." I told her that I wanted to let them know about my experience. She said "I don't know." I told her that she was very rude and unprofessional. She gave me the "stink eyes," shrugged her shoulders and waved me out of the store. Yes, the price for gas is very good here, but no one deserves this type of treatment.

I'm torn writing this review. We are in month 4 of COVID-19. It's not new. And mask regulations for essential businesses like gas stations have been in place since March. I stopped by on Friday night a few minutes before 8pm to see the cashier NOT WEARING A MASK while helping two separate customers. Luckily I was able to pay at the pump but I took precautions with my gloves and hand sanitizer. If this employee isn't wearing his mask who knows if he's washing his hands and touching all these surfaces. They're also required to wipe down all the pumps frequently but if he's not wearing a mask I can't trust much else here anymore. Why didn't I just leave and go elsewhere? I was late going up to San Francisco. I only got a few gallons to get myself up to SF and back to limit my amount of time there. Added a star only because they have the best price in this area.

I love this station! I stopped there today around 11 a.m. to be greeted by Kevin, who pumped my gas and washed my windows at no charge. The gas is considerably cheaper than other stations in Soquel and Aptos, so the price is definitely right. BONUS: free coffee with gas purchase! If you're paying with a card, you can get gas 24/7 and the staff is so incredibly nice. Go here. I'm tellin ya, you won't regret it.
