I popped in for a battery replacement on my car keys, the silver coin size one. The sales associate, Matthew, took it to the next level and replaced it in under five minutes at the register. I really appreciated his initiative and willingness to help!

Always have what I need, lots of knowledgeable & friendly help when you need it, close parking. My goto place for all things 'hardware'. And I love the 'text a question' service for asking if they have something in stock or in what size etc.

Recently I needed to get some keys made. Originally, I was near Home Depot, but I remember how bad their service is, so I chose to give Hassett a try. I was impressed at the friendly and welcoming staff in the Belmont location. They made my keys quickly and helped me find the exact padlock I was hoping to find. Great job!!
