Worst experience ever! The owner promised the light bulbs would fit and they didn't. When I returned them, he charged 25% for light bulbs!!! They are not used at all!!! Avoid it !!!

Joe ordered a hard to find light bulb for my chandelier. It arrived sooner then promised and when it did not work with my light, he promptly gave me a refund.Great customer service experience.

I had a floor lamp that required repair. Joe provided an estimate, called me a couple of hours later to give me the final costs, and it was ready to pick up the next morning. Very reasonable, fast service. He's open and friendly, and did the work himself. Would highly recommend.
