Super annoyed. Had a gel manicure and all peeled off after a week! A big waste of alot of money compared to other salons. Had a nice salon but truly did not have lasting impact for good nails.

Been here a handful of times. Some nail technicians have relocated. With that said I cannot give the place a 5 star rating. Only nail technician worth seeing here anymore is Clara.

Been to this place 3 times. Always have gotten good service and good nails which is why I came here today. However, my manicure was done in 25mins, skin clipped carelessly to the point I almost got a wound and the coating / drying was not well done with edges remaining white, polish still transparent and not equally coated. To top it off I asked for matted polish, she forgot and did shiny. I will have to redo this in 1-2 days in a different salon so money and time waisted. I think they need to stick to their standards or all the clients will run off elsewhere.

I went in to have my previous gel x removed and a new set applied. The first experience here was great, the owner is awesome. I was really hoping for this to be my new regular spot. Buuut, I reached out after making an appointment to cancel due to family issues and promptly rescheduled through text with the owner, Ava. I showed up on the appointment date & time...she was not there. I requested her specifically because she did the best the first time. I was given to a male tech who wasn't understanding what I was explaining to him and called her to communicate what I wanted. I was very unhappy with the service during this visit. The owner showed up and tried to rectify the situation. My nails were crooked, and the shape was a mess. I felt gaslighted while explaining what I was unhappy with and told it wasn't that bad. I left my appointment unhappy with the result. I rescheduled once again for a new set. To start fresh and give them another chance. Again, the lady I booked with was not there. I'm super disappointed I wasn't able to continue going to this salon as it is close to my house snd in between daily hustle & bustle easy for me to get what I wanted done. Regarding the customer service: the male techs here were constantly on their phones and yelling back and forth to one another across the salon. This didn't feel like they cared about their customers, nor did they pay much attention. This was very off putting and uncomfortable. One male kept leaving to smoke right outside the door making the whole salon smell of cigarettes. I'm not one to usually leave a negative review, but I must say these days...great customer service is hard to find. I have been trying to find the best salon to have my nails done and it's been a challenge at many. I am pretty simple and speak up with how I want things and it feels like the staff is offended. Isn't that was customer service is? Serving your customer? Anyway, I hope things get better as I feel this salon could be great if the effort is put in and professionalism was taken seriously.

So we have had pedicures by the two men and they were very rough and caused us pain. This time we called ahead. Stated explicitly three or more times during the phone call that we would like the women to do our pedicures and explained why. Then I asked what time the two women had appts available. They told us 3pm. We arrived 2:45. All chairs were full. Which is fine. 3:15 we were invited to sit and soak. The water burned both our feet and they seemed shocked. Then they had a man (the rougher of the two) sit down to do my. Mom's pedicure. I immediately stopped him from starting. The lady tried to tell me I did not ask for the women when I called. This is absolutely untrue. She tried to tell this again and she said there were no notes to that affect on the calendar. I told her she didn't remember to write it down. Wondering if it is time to look elsewhere. Or only book online where apparently we can choose the person. Edit to four stars from one star We finally got the two ladies and a very nice pedicure.

Got a gel manicure and pedicure for my birthday a few weeks ago. Loved the strawberries painted on. It was my first time there, they were all super nice and welcoming!

AMAZING SERVICE! I called before hand and they accepted walk ins. I was greeted right away and I was taken care of by Ana. She did a amazing job and was very kind. I wanted to have a certain color yellow that they didn't have and she mixed two shades to get it just right. Will come back!!

The dip lasted less than a week. I went back to fix one of my nails that chipped a few days after my appointment and then it chipped again along with two other nails within a week. Forsure don’t recommend for dip nails. The gel on my toes has lasted though if that’s all you need done.

The service was great. The establishment was very clean. Prices are a bit high. My nail technician was very open to my wants and preferences.

Best service I've had in this area. The guy, not sure what his name is (tattoos on his forearm), that did my nails and pedi was very precise and paid attention to detail. I didn't feel rushed. Overall it was a great experience.
Someone came in wanting something done and instead of rushing through everyone else's appointment or rushing her service, they scheduled her for a later time. Which I thought was really nice.
Only downside is that there is no matching dip/gel so instead they do clear dip and gel on top. I haven't found a place around here that does have matching dip/gel.

This is one of the best nail salons in the peninsula by far. The quality is superb and consistent with amazing customer service!
