“We constantly rent from them and they’re so much better compared to our rental in foster city we used to do . Service is very fast unless you end up there at the busiest time. . Return is also super fast just fuel and drop the truck and keys .”

“Always an amazing experience at The Ideal Store thanks to Al! From the moment I walk in, his greeting always makes my day. His professionalism and super friendly attitude make it highly enjoyable. He clearly cares about his customers. It’s rare to come across someone with that kind of hospitality and care. I highly recommend meeting Al if you visit—he’s a valuable asset to the store.”

“I think there may be some major reporting bias here on google maps for this location. I had such a good experience with this U Haul I almost forgot to review! I bet I am not alone. The staff members working here were very nice and helpful, and everything I ordered came in working order and was timely. The 10’ truck I rented did the job, and came clean. It had a strange tire pressure error, but the staff figured it out right away and we were on our way. The moving bins are also great and reasonably priced. I will come again when the occasion arises for moving.”

“The reason I am writing this is review: one of the employees opened a package in front of me with his teeth before handing it over.
Maybe just a me-issue, but aside from medical issues I can see from a man’s lips and saliva gently rubbing over a product that I’m about to use, I see a major demand for a box cutter to make sure the shrink wrap wouldn’t hurt the lips/teeth/gums of the employee.

I have been at this gas station/car wash probably over 30 times so far.
I like that it is located at a great spot, always available for pumping gas, can park around the lot when done.
Gets an added star for not having seen any vagrant characters once!

Negative/neutral: staff is friendly, but usually can’t speak even basic English - for picking a product or having a receipt printed-.

It happened to me twice that the car wash number on the receipt didn’t work, so I had to circle around to ask for a different car wash number.
(Major comms issue here)

The car wash has some valve issue, so the car gets sprayed with leaking water/chemical after done, and leaves foamy residues after the blowers.
The blowers are running way too short for my full size sedan, definitely not long enough for an SUV or truck.”
