“You have a great crew working at the Belmont Uhall. They explained everything clearly and I was on my way. Before I left the warning light for the rear door was on. I tried to manually open and close to reset but it wouldn’t open. I came back in and the followed me out to make sure it was ready to go. Great experience. Thank you”

“The reason I am writing this is review: one of the employees opened a package in front of me with his teeth before handing it over.
Maybe just a me-issue, but aside from medical issues I can see from a man’s lips and saliva gently rubbing over a product that I’m about to use, I see a major demand for a box cutter to make sure the shrink wrap wouldn’t hurt the lips/teeth/gums of the employee.

I have been at this gas station/car wash probably over 30 times so far.
I like that it is located at a great spot, always available for pumping gas, can park around the lot when done.
Gets an added star for not having seen any vagrant characters once!

Negative/neutral: staff is friendly, but usually can’t speak even basic English - for picking a product or having a receipt printed-.

It happened to me twice that the car wash number on the receipt didn’t work, so I had to circle around to ask for a different car wash number.
(Major comms issue here)

The car wash has some valve issue, so the car gets sprayed with leaking water/chemical after done, and leaves foamy residues after the blowers.
The blowers are running way too short for my full size sedan, definitely not long enough for an SUV or truck.”
