I cannot say enough wonderful things about Public Storage at 333 O’Neal Ave in Belmont! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and smiles that immediately put you at ease. The entire staff goes above and beyond to accommodate every request and truly works hard to make each customer feel valued and cared for.
A very special mention has to go to Stephanie—she is like an angel! She works tirelessly to make sure everyone is happy, and her caring nature shines through in everything she does. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people, and it makes such a difference. Whether it’s answering questions, walking you through the process, or finding solutions to fit your needs, Stephanie handles it all with kindness and professionalism.
This location is run by a team that truly embodies customer service at its best. They’re attentive, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile with a smile. I highly recommend this Public Storage to anyone looking for not only a safe and convenient place for their belongings, but also a staff that treats you with compassion and respect.

Highly recommend this Public Storage facility! Excellent customer service, very clean, and perfect location!
Stephanie and team are awesome! She calls back almost immediately if it goes to voice mail, she’s answered all my questions and requests like a pro, and she works with me to get the appropriate sized unit at the best price! I’ve been a customer for over a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say!
All the units, surrounding areas, and available carts are always clean and tidy. I’m always worried about rodents, but I haven’t seen one since I’ve been here.
I love the location is a non traffic busy location. Lots of privacy and very safe location!
Again, I would highly recommend this place.
As compared to three other places I’ve used in the area, this PS and Stephanie has been my best experience!

Stephanie is the GOAT (AKA the best)! Super helpful, smooth and easy process from start to finish! Cannot recommend this particular location enough! Drive up units are super convenient and I was able to get a unit right away for a really great price.
