“This is the best CVS in Santa Cruz. Not only do they have a great selection of items, the store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm also especially grateful for the manager Fernando who has cleaned up the parking lot situation and clearly takes pride in making sure his customers not only feel welcome but safe. I can personally speak to this as a female shopper, thanks to Fernando I can once again feel safe and secure parking and shopping at our West Side CVS. As a matter of fact, I pick up everything from grocery items to my favorite skin cleanser in one stop! We need more managers like Fernando in Santa Cruz county!”
“Mrs Cruz is a very knowledgeable associate that helped us with a multiple estate account transfer. She was very helpful in filling out the many papers to process these transactions. We also felt very cared for as we were not shooed off to some large corporate office, portal site or other location. I liked that their manager took the time to expedite and approve all this paperwork quickly. (Heard it can take weeks, we were fortunate to have the staff and the correct documentation to get it completed.)They have a free parking lot with EV stations and street parking. There is a security guard outside. There are 2 friendly front tellers and multiple private rooms for other banking transactions/applications.We really learned a lot and felt the extra care during this difficult and time restrained estate transfer.”

“I was having a rough start with Citibank, until I walked into the Capitola Branch, and met a living Doll. The branch manager, Naa-Sharmeh Norteye, was so lovely, personable, efficient. She helped me with a problem, I was unable to solve, on the phone with the bank. She took the time to fix everything, and explain. She has been an Employee for sixteen years, which gave me total confidence. In these troubled times, it's wonderful when someone is kind to you, on a bad day. Five stars!”

“This review is about this particular branch, not the BofA "brand" (because they're not my favorite!). I go here for work-related banking and at this particular location, I'm always impressed by the prompt and friendly service! I've been going to the Capitola location for years and it always takes forever, no matter what time of day, no matter if you're the only one in line, it's absurd. I honestly go out of my way to do banking at the Santa Cruz location because they make my job much easier/less time consuming. If you're "tied" to BofA, I definitely recommend going to this branch and avoiding 41st Av!”

“Well, well, well. Brittany A. Schofield did it. She helped a small sole prop with the PPP loan program and I closed the SBA program in a week. Wow, all my other friends who own biz's said their larger banks ignored them or didn't even want to help. Not my bank! Comerica came through and Brittany called me back even while juggling Covid, family and a slew of PPP applications. BRITTANY YOU ROCK, mostly because you made yourself available to me. And I won't forget it.”

“I recently decided to close my accts @ Wells Fargo after 43+ years and now do my banking at Comerica Bank. Wells Fargo had finally driven me elsewhere. Comerica's tellers & bankers are friendly & don't rush you through, no matter how many people may be in line. In fact, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped by any one teller nor have I seen more than 3 people waiting in line. I am ALWAYS treated with respect...afterall, it is my money...they never forget that! Comerica also has a guard by the ATMs & main entrance...I feel better with those guys around. Believe it or not, they also have drive-thru banking. Ah, the joy of knowing when its rainy & frozen outside, I have the option of doing my banking in my Pj's & slippers with my car heater on while the rest of you get soaked in the freezing rain. Nothing personal friends.”
