No one behind counter, squeegees all dry with trash in them, least expensive wash was $48, yikes!

Went in for a detailed interior cleaning and it looked like it was dirtied even more. I don’t know what happened to my interior roof, but when I got back in after the cleaning, it appeared to have been splattered by dirty water. (It’s a light color, but all of a sudden had grey splatters everywhere.) I was told not to remove some things because they can put in a bag for me. However, one thing was missing (not of value, but tied to a good memory for me and I never got it back.) The exterior was also not washed well. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I’m so upset that I wanted to let others know if my experience and hopefully they can send their hard earned money elsewhere.

Fast, his service thorough job. Don't expect a detail. You'll get an honest interior cleaning and exterior wash. Single wash is expensive so enroll in the monthly plan..... pays for it self if you wash your car at least 2x/mo. With the plan I go 4-5x/ mo!

$50 for the worst car wash, got the ultimate + add one and the could hardly bothered to whip the outside fully or “dressed interior” the dash board wasn’t even fully whipped.. I removed the towel from my hood..Update! They put my floor mate back so wet that now my whole car smells like mold. SUPER FUN

Not sure why I keep going here. About 40% of the time after getting a wash I still have to bring the car home and clean the rims and vacuum the car as they always miss the trunk and rims even though you ask them to do them. We go to the other one across the bay and they are spot on all the time. Our Benicia one needs better quality control

Don't let them wash your inside windows. 3 times now they use blue rags smearing all inside of windows with something and when you drive in sun you can't see out off your window. I always have to clean my windows afterwards so what's the point of paying for it. They actually make it worse after cleaning. Also they do not secure the floor mats after removing or vacuuming. They are secured for the purpose that they do not slide under pedals and cause problems with operating the vehicle. They sometimes do a great job out side but most of the time they leave parts of your trim on vehicle untreated when ever you pay for the treatment package. You can clearly see that they did apply something, and some spots over application and didn't remove the extra. They generally just do a poor job.

I paid for the "best car" wash package and didn't get the best cleaning service. The car had spots and areas externally that were clearly missed by the wash by, and the interior was much the same. The vacuum job was equivalent to jiffy lube and they didn't wipe off dusty foot prints on the back of the passenger side seat. Super disappointed. I went once before a year ago and was not happy then either but didn't want to write them off so gave them another try. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Bought the super wash for $35. Car wash, vacuum and tire dressing done in 15 min. While I appreciate the wait was quick, I would have waited longer for a better clean. the vacuum job wasn't thorough and there were still dried bug spots on my front bumper.

Can't believe I haven't tried this place out yet until now. I guess I was loyal to my old car wash place in Pleasant Hill, but man that one has gone downhill over the years.I decided it was silly to keep driving over the bridge for a wash, and saw this one had decent reviews (plus it's right here in town!). Finally gave it a go today and am very happy with the results.The people were efficient, and even though I selected the cheapest package, I felt like they really put in the extra work to make my car shine. I wouldn't say it was absolutely spotless, but then again my car was filthy when I took it in and it was sparkling afterwards... very reasonable price to get my car in great shape on this hot summer day.Really my only possible complaint was I had a couple of screws and a guitar pick in my cup holder that I actually still wanted, and I think they must have threw it all away as trash. I won't ding them for that though, as I really should remove everything from the car myself before handing it over if I don't want it tossed.

Update: Jesus called me and he found my key. It wasn't as timely as I would have liked but it's found and he's offered me a monthly credit that is acceptable to me. I appreciate the location and convenience and that they drive my car through the wash while I get some work done. I pay for the Mon-Thur monthly membership and try to go once every other week. ----- It's been 24 hours since they misplaced my keyfob. I was stranded at the location with no updates for an hour. They have not called me once to give me an update. They would not apologize for losing my key or even show empathy. The manager has no idea how to manage a business and there is no protocol for when this type of thing happens. He offered to pay for an uber for me and that's the only consolation I received. These keys cost about $350 when lost.

I took my SUV in for a wash. It was pretty dirty and badly needed vacuuming. I was worried about the time that it would take to wait. Much to my surprise, the process was very efficient and the workers were seeking very hard. They made my car seem like it was new in only about 25 minutes. I would recommend.
