The manager at this branch was sitting at her desk, laughing at pictures on her phone while a long line of customers waited for over 15 minutes.. I was depositing a check into a specific account and was telling the clerk That the last time I deposited a check in the ATM, their third-party vendor rejected the check because it was directed to the wrong account. Bank of America took nine days to mail me back the check to be redeposited. I came in person to the branch because I did not want to have it happen again. She didn't realize I was not talking to her, and she told the teller to " forward her account information to me". I told her, no, the incident happened six months ago, and I don't even know why you're inserting yourself into this conversation. WTF? Bank of America sucks, and this manager spends her time on her phone laughing, then starts inserting herself into the conversation? Then demands my account info be sent to her? Lady if you want to help customers, try getting off your damn phone while you're working

Whoo hoo a new manager at BofA and Ashlee is great. Also great was the service I got from Daniel Tribble who set up a trust and a savings account for me. Excellent and professional service. My faith in BofA is on the rise!

Walked in to get a check cashed. It was written from a customer account for my services. After making me wait while they fooled with a computer screen for 10 minutes they said they couldn't cash the check since I didn't have an account. Turns out they wanted me to go back to the 94 year old woman and make her write two more separate checks so the greedy pieces of $hit could charge me 8$ per check. 16 bucks to cash a check written on their bank! Talk about garbage! Wells Fargo doesn't even give me any issues or charge me for checks cashed when written on their bank. B of a doesn't honor the assumed check agreement that says, "this is as good as cash". It's not. B of A doesn't honor you or your money. They are worse than any roadside toilet after a soccer team from Guatemala with stomach flu have all used it. Dump your accounts with these jackals. Put them out of business. We don't need parasites on the backs of society anymore. We have control of who we trust. Never trust these vermin!

Always only 1 teller. No friendly faces. I feel for that 1 poor teller who has to be alone and by the time the 20 minute line goes down, she gets the grumpy customers including me.Instead of putting so much money into the remodel, put money into hiring.

Avoid at all costs.The wait lines are exceptionally long every time I've been there. Yesterday not only did I wait thirty minutes in line but on top of that they were having technical difficulties that made the business that I came there for essentially impossible. I will probably not be coming back to this particular branch at any time within the next year ideally.

Went in to do a simple wire transfer to close on a home I already had financing for. The clerk had no idea what I was talking about and then invited a loan salesperson over. Instead of helping, the loan officer repeatedly tried to sell me a loan when I am already in contract with another and told her many times I wasn't interested. Ultimately I had to go to another branch for help. I would reccomend using another location if possible.

If you want to see the brokedown real housewives of Benicia look no further. How pathetic for bankers to act like they are all that and bag of hot garbage. Customer service is your job, you sad manager. Get therapy.

Horrible service lack of it. Zero help. Stop saving money and actually hire staff that can do there job. It's not a mc Donald's you guys need to get your act together. Zero stars!!!!!!

Went in today and was asked "What brings you in today?" I responded with what I was in there for and I was told that their entire system was down. I was told that I would have to complete my transaction by some other means I did not understand. So I just left very confused as to how a bank this large could fail this miserably. Customer service is terrible. There are never enough tellers and other employees just appear to be standing around because it's apparently not their job to be at the counter helping customers. I never know what to expect anymore when I come in to conduct my business at this branch. At this point I am searching for another bank that actually cares about their customers.

Wish there was a less than one star option. This branch, a small part of a mega corporation seems not have a care that their customers genuinely are dissatisfied with the service offered through this location. The way they treat their customers is the same as the Benicia Post Office. For you out of town'ers. That's no compliment!
