Love this place! I went here a long time ago and I explained to the gentleman what I wanted, but wasn’t clear about what I was trying to say. NOT because he didn’t understand me, but because I wasn’t doing a great job explaining it to him. Instead of just nodding his head and proceed, he said he would have Cindy look after me. That is being customer-oriented! What A LOT of customers fail (badly) to realize is that you may bring in a pic of a hairstyle and demand that cut, but if your hair texture won’t support it, or requires curling, etc, then it is not going to look like what you wanted and then blame the stylist 🙄 I have not been anywhere since. I love her! Once she wasn’t there and I desperately needed a hair cut, so I had the other lady help me and she just did an excellent job. I’m always wary of reviews where the stylist is blamed because the customer’s hair isn’t identical to a photo.

Terrible service. Worst haircut ever. They sheer you like sheep while their eyes burn red with flag of the ccp. They deserve all the heat they generate against the Asian community

They do great men's haircuts. I would not recommend coming here for Women's haircut; however they do a good job with eyebrow waxing.

Found this place is closer to my place than any other haircut shop in town. The service was great. I loved the cut I received. Unlike some other places in town over by Raleys shopping center, there was no waiting for 20 to 30 minutes, and it's less expensive. Actually, I had no wait at all. And like I said, I was very pleased with the service I received.

I got a walk in haircut and my hairdresser did an amazing job, I didn’t catch her name but we had a great conversation, I’m definitely going here again for my next haircut

Do not recommend this place, I hear a lot of good things about Ann but the dude in there is very unfriendly I get it you might not like conversations but jesus christ try to not make it like an interrogation. I also asked for a simple hair cut with photo reference and he completely ignored it and cut my hair absolutely horrendously. I will never in my life go in there again, I love to support my Asian owned businesses here but this one ruined it for me.

My 12-year-old daughter went in with her father to have her hair cut. She had a knot in her hair and was hoping the hair stylist could work through it and cut 1 inch from the bottom. The hairstylist not only cut the knot out without my daughter's or husband's consent, she continued to cut telling her "If my brush can't go through your hair I will keep cutting". My daughter said she begged her to stop. Unfortunately, my husband was not aware of what was transpiring. My daughter ended up losing over 6 inches of her hair and left the shop traumatized and with a short bob. The hair will grow back but no one, especially a child, should be subjected to that kind of treatment.

I get my hair cut by Ann at Best Cuts. She gives me a great hair cut. There are other barbers there and they are good too.

Since Covid Year One I've been getting my hair cut here, usually quick as my hair cut is really simple, basically a trim, nothing fancy. I'm giving 3 stars because their pricing is not transparent, sometimes it's been $23, sometimes $25, and I can't figure out why, seems to be up to the whim of the person taking payment. Their sign says "senior women, $23 and up" while regular price is $25. I was charged $25 though I pointed out the senior price and asked why my really simple, no-frills haircut was being charged the regular price. I know it's a small amount/difference but just don't appreciate the lack of clear pricing and not knowing why and when one qualifies for their posted "senior" pricing.

Ann acted as if she understood what I wanted and then proceeded to remove all of my length. Worst haircut I have ever had! Uneven as well. This a barber shop not a salon. One stylist that does color what does that tell you!Service: Haircut
