My tail light was smashed by a homeless woman in Oakland. There was some body damage surrounding the tail light. They got the dent out, replaced the tail light, painted it, and calibrated the tail light sensors to make it look like nothing ever happened. Great work.”

“Outstanding service and work! Some debris on the freeway put a hole in the bumper and broke a headlight. I had not needed a body shop before and these guys ensured I felt comfortable. They communicated often and clearly, answered questions patiently, provided a clean environment, and made my car look like new! Even detailed the car (so of course it rained the next day). I can see why they're recommended by the dealer.

Kee’s is a family-owned shop, run by a father and son who clearly love what they do. They’re so happy to make their customers happy, and it shows. I brought my car in after being rear-ended, and they made it look like nothing ever happened. They also installed a pair of aftermarket taillights for me. The fitment was a bit off, as is common with aftermarket parts, but they added a washer to make sure it fit perfectly. That kind of attention to detail is awesome.

“I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.”

“Rob at Techzone was amazing! My car sat at the dealer for 3 days before being diagnosed. Upon inspection the dealer said they would need 4 more hours at a cost of nearly 1500.00 to diagnose the issue. Frustrated at the delays and high cost I made a few calls. I won the lottery with the call to Techzone. Rob answered, and was not only able to take my car same day, he went and picked my car up from the dealer. 4 hours later and my car was fixed! “I had the unfortunate experience of having a Caltrans cone projectile into my windshield and shatter it into millions of fine particles. The shards were in every part of my car, including the ventilation system. Chris and his crew got it all out successfully, which was quite a task. They also did a great job buffing out the hood where the cone bounced off before it hit the glass. Chris worked with our insurance company (Geico) with no problems. These guys are the best of the best. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for auto body repairs. Thanks again Chris!!”
