Went above and beyond to help with all my needs. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. The manager should get a raise for being so valuable to this location. I came from another storage facility in Vallejo with horrible service and they could not hold a candle to Cube Smart in Benicia

The company is all about money (their bottom line). They do not care about customer service, cleanliness of the facilities, or security of the facilities. They are all about how much can we get. They have really LOW interest in anything else!!!!

Ask where your unit will be. I got put in their annex and don't feel safe going there by myself. It's a block from the office and very remote. Jason in the office is nice.

Other than the fact that my trailer burned down it was great. I still have several storage locations (one at the same location) and several rv spots that I use for work.
