Smaller than most stores. Friendly staff. Same as every other dollar tree, they need more employees scheduled to keep line at the register from getting backed up. This has been an issue every time I've shopped at these stores.

Horrible service only one cashier and the line was wrapped around the door maybe 40-50 people waiting in line. It took 45 minutes to get to the cashier. There were two other employees just sitting in the back room watching us wait. Horrible would never come back here ever again.

This has to be the messiest store I've ever seen. Go inside yourself and you will see. Also the line always goes down 1 aisle since they only have 1 worker up front. If you are in a hurry do not come here. Be prepared to wait over 20 minutes. Not sure why they have 4 registers they only use 1 of them.

They need to have more cashiers because when I'm rushing fast, I have to go to dollar tree to get candy but there's only two people walking the cashier. That's so bullshit so get on that.

Nicest cleanest and biggest store I've been to! Good job staff! I'm traveling I always like to check out dollar stores because each one has a different vibe to it and different merchandise. This one was a super score

Passing through town..needed a card and gift bag.....the store has clean restrooms, lots of inventory with great selection but a little messy....

I went into Dollar Tree IN benicia to buy 3 items. I was the only one in line and no one behind me, if you can picture how empty the store. I stood in line for 10 minutes AS THE CLERK CHATTED AWAY W A CUSTOMER and when she was done just walked away and ignored me and followed her customer friend to the front door, continuing to ignore me. I put the items on the counter and walked out.. awful customer service. I think they be watching too much news on TV. I should have walked out with the items. p.S. she did that on purpose.

This is for this Dollar Tree INSTACART only!! The service fee and suggested tip came to $14 for only $19 worth of items. They don't update their stock online. They were out of 50% of what I ordered. Never again!!

I went to the entrance door to go in and a person behind me was very aggressive, gave me an intimidating "look" and I said excuse me, stepped aside as she then pushed in the green carts aggressively. I went around her as I was fearful of what she would do next!I found what I needed, checked out and left.I saw this woman breaking down boxes so she was an employee.I will never shop there again!

Bigger than your usual Dollar Tree. The lady at the register was friendly and even asked if we wanted to donate a toy to a charity ?
