This gas station usually offer one of the better gas prices in the area, but apparently today (this morning) they had computer issues and had to close down. Just one of those inconvenient occasions. Also, the "hot" items are usually gone by rush hour. The store attendees confirmed that they stop making or putting out these items by 4 or 5pm. My question is, the gas stations closes late; why stop offering these items so early? With these inconveniences. I think ALL of the Chevron that has "Extra Mile" should get no more than 2 stars. 1 star if bad service.

I purchase gas here biweekly and once or twice I have gone inside to buy water and have met a very diverse group of employees who have been nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. That said, I don't enter yhe store with an attitude or act entitled. Never met anyone who acted racist and if I had I certainly would not make a racist or ageist statement about anyone. I have not had any issue with pump speed or receipt printing. I can't speak to the cash payment method because I use my contactless payment method on my mobile device. I generally don't need a printed receipt because I do not need them for business travel. Since I value my lungs I do not smoke but I am aware that some people do, and that their proof of age is required just as it is for alcohol. The law requires asking for this and companies comply for everyone. These laws are to protect consumers, not harrass them.

On January 13, 2023 at about 8:12am I went inside to get my receipt since the gas pumps don't print them out even though you see on screen "Printing" after choosing "Yes" to get a receipt. As I went inside the store there was a lady who was trying to do her job and was very nice but then there was a black lady standing on other side of the cashier that was trying to refuse service to me because I wouldn't say "Please" and "Thank You" and was motioning the cashier to not print out the receipt and started giving me a lecture as my receipt was being printed out after I got my receipt I started to walk back outside to my car and leave.

I left Cash on the check stand after counting money for gas, I realized I left it 5 minutes later and returned to pick up MY Money! Brett and Jeet told me I had to come back on another day to pick up my cash as they put it in a "vault". Instead of them coming outside while I pumped my gas knowing I left it on the counter they lazily just put it in the vault and told me I need to return another day to receive it. Worst customer service I've ever seen. As a Customer Service Savant, I would chase down a customer to give them their money. But these idiots did not and now I need to waste gas money and bridge toll to pick up my cash later. Never giving this Chevron or ANY Chevron my money again. Thanks idiots!

If i could give this place negative stars i would. Came in here not too long ago with a hundred dollar bill and was refused sevice because the currency was too long. They made me get change and spend 2.50 on a small gatorade just so i could pump gas. Fast forward, Fuck this place.
