Found their business offered in a Business Directory insert. I reached out to them for a quote on cat grooming and they answered promptly and was able to give me an appointment within a day of my inquiry! Prior to this, I was looking at PetSmart but a lot of their grooming appointments were weeks away and a longer drive. I went in and did a quick consult as to what I wanted. My cat Midnight is a stray my family took in recently and I informed them we weren’t sure how he would do with a bath but if it’s possible, we would want a bath for him. I also requested deshedding, a trim esp on the underside of him, and nail trimming. They were done within an hour, and told me they were able to give him a bath! They also warned me that while trimming his nails, they noticed some green stuff in his front paws and suggested getting it looked at, which I greatly appreciated. Midnight never looked so good or clean as after this service! Definitely will be a repeat customer! Staff from checkin, grooming, and checkout were friendly and efficient.

It's amazing every time! me and my husband always go here for our little angel! The staff is very friendly every single time and their job is amazing! 100% would recomend this place!

TLDR: YES! Take your cats here for mats and grooming!
Wow, this is an awesome place. Everyone is caring and friendly. The did an awesome job on my long haired kitty!
I fell down on my grooming with my kitty :( She had mats on her back down to her butt. I went from brushes to shaver, and then I had to stop at her backside. Didn't want to risk injury!
I called our vet, told them I tried to shave her but didn't feel comfortable, could they do it. They don't :( The receptionist even commented she thought I was about to say I nicked the skin :0
My kitty and I went through so much stress trying to get her mats out, I should have brought her to these awesome people first.
Thank you so much for making my kitty (and me) feel better. She was super happy when she got home, lots of rubs, meows, and purring. We are both very happy :D

They did an awesome job grooming my cat Gus. He had a lot of mats in his fur and they took care of those. My cat got his nails trimmed and ears cleaned and he looked so good. All done in about 45 mins. We just waited outside on their front porch area. I would definitely recommend them. I can’t find anyone else in the area that is willing to groom cats and there is a need for it. My cat is medium to long hair. Staff is nice and friendly.

The staff was so gentle and efficient with our cat Tazzy. They brushed out her hair mats and clipped her nails. We're very happy.

This review is a little late, but I just have to let everyone know that if you're looking for a wonderful place for a nail trim- look no further! They were amazing! It's very hard to get my Akita to approve of anyone to do his nails! Bear is very dramatic & hesitant (I cut them in his quick & made them bleed when he was a puppy by accident) the ladies there were warm, friendly, & professional! We just moved here & needed a groomer. Bear walked in happy & never made a cry when they trimmed them. They're reasonably priced as well. We also love that they support local rescues, so I was extra happy to see them! We'll definitely be back for nail trims & look forward to them grooming Bear too! I was definitely surprised by how well it went, I expected him to at least make a little cry- but nothing! He left with trimmed nails wagging his curly tail Thank you Featherer Pet!

We had two of our Bouvier des Flanders done by Omar this week, both groomed amazingly well. This was Yumiko’s first time at the groomer and she looks great.

Super caring groomers....always friendly staff. I've had my dogs nails done as well a potty groom several times there. They are quick, efficient, and caring.

This was a great recommendation from another fur mom. The staff here are very nice. My fur baby has been groomed by two separate groomers here and both have done a great job. I like the consistency.

Their services are very unreliable. We have been loyal customers and bring our bichon/poodle in for grooming on a regular basis. Our last three appointments have been cancelled due to issues on their end, today being the third time they have cancelled on us the day of the appointment. Rescheduling is a nightmare and obviously they've done nothing to solve the problem of being overbooked/understaffed. We'll be booking elsewhere in the future
