Don't even bother going to Labcorp in Benicia. They are continually closed and on the rare occasion that they are opened you can expect un unfriendly atmosphere. Labcorp in Glen Cove is not much better, no appointments and they don't answer the phone and will not return a message. I am left with paying a bridge toll and traveling to another county. Major inconvenience if you live in Benicia!!

Third time coming to this location for routine bloodwork. Draw nurse Fyheima is AMAZING! She is super skilled at pain-free draws on my super deep and hidden veins. I'm always happy to see her!

This branch should just be closed.I've visited twice during posted hours only to find the business closed.

I went there on a Wed and was greeted immediately with smiling eyes as masks were worn by all. Wonderful staff and a quick painless process.

At this location there is only 1 person working at a time. They are responsible for both checking in patients and collecting labs. It is impossible to keep up with everything with only 1 lab tech. It's not their fault. Management needs to staff 2 people. It's not safe to only have one employee working in a medical facility. What if someone were to pass out or have a medical emergency? Also appointments get extremely backed up. I was seen an hour past my 0815 appt. This is a huge issue. I'll never go to this location again, better off going to Vallejo.

Can never reliably go here. Hours are poorly posted or not posted at all on the business and incorrectly posted online frequently. Very small with little space for patients waiting for service.

I have been to this location quite a few times over the past month and the young lady who works there and drew my blood is always nice and easily engaged. I've never had an issue with long wait times and the needle poke is quick and painless.Side note, online labcorp will let you schedule at ANY location even though it may be closed (this has happened several times at other locations) so I always suggest contacting the clinic directly to confirm their hours :)

Be really careful, their online system allows you to make an appointment and they are closed. You get confirmation texts and everything and they let you check in online. After sitting in my car fir 10 minutes I went to the door to find out they are closed and the lights out. Incredibly frustrating.

The internet said they close at 12 for lunch, but when I got there at 11 am, no one was there, the doors were locked, and they didn't answer the phone. On top of that, the staff has been extremely rude more than once.

The worst lab experience I've ever had. I had an appointment for a fasting lab test and drove to the location. They had an option to check in online using your phone due to the covid situation. I checked in and got this message "Once checked in, you can wait in your vehicle or another location. You will receive a text when your LabCorp technician is ready to see you." I was waiting in my car for about 15 min, nothing happened. I walked to the door only to find out that they were closed today! How on earth do you let people make appointments for the date you are closed on? I never got any text, email or phone call regarding this. They had a paper on the door with the address of another nearest lab in Vallejo. I drove there, and guess what, they messed up the address! So I had to google the correct address and drove there. People were coming there from that closed office and did not get any apologies for this situation. The lady that worked with me was unfriendly and unprofessional. Any boy oh boy they are slow! There were at least 4 people working there and they took 4 people in about 40 min that I had to wait there. I will specifically ask my doc never to send me to labcorp again. From what I read on the internet it's not an uncommon situation and sites are flooded with 1 star reviews for this company.

As I've been waiting for an hour with four people in front of me I've come to the determination that this organization does not have an understanding of scheduling employees the amount of time we're waiting is ridiculous for a simple blood draw

I went in the morning for a fasting lab test and I followed all the rules, set up an appt online and waited outside in my car until I received a text mesg when I'm ready to come in. But the Phlebotomist was not friendly at all and was in a rush. When she called me in she was not wearing a lab gown either. The lab is way too small, tight, suffocating and smelled like a wet dog. I expected more from Benicia. I was so disappointed and I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Unreliable. Twice now I've taken partial days off for bloodwork since they are no longer open weekends. And twice now I've arrived to a closed today sign on the door. Despite the website saying open.

The young gal in there is extremely rude. Been in 3 times same experience. She told two of us to go to Vallejo next time. No I won't drive further because she has an issue. I for the first time in my life contacted corporate. Don't expect anything to change but it had to be done. The company is fast and efficient no issues there.
