I love the store. In fact, I’m taking ukulele lessons there. I’ve been wanting to do for the last probably 20 years. And I love my teacher, Stan.

Love this place for their ukuleles. Well displayed and they allowed me to play a few. If you're looking for ukes this is one place I recommend. They also have games for all ages. Check it out. You won't regret it!

Most unique, delightful, innovative store I have been in a long time!! Something for everyone. Don't go to the mall go here then go get an ice cream, beer or just some great food near by. Benicia is awesome!!

It's a very gorgeous Thursday, perfect weather and all, and I decided to get together with my girl friends to go walk around today. While walking, my friend brings up that she needed a gift for her grandson, as his birthday is coming up soon. I recommended this store because I went in a couple years ago for just about the same reason, a Christmas present for my grandchild. I remember them having an amazing selection of toys and cool gadgets I've never seen before. Always amazing to see how people come up with these ideas. This town isn't very big so the walk was pretty nice. Upon reaching the shop, I was happy to find it hasn't changed much, considering all the other changes that have happened in this town. My girl friend thought it looked so cute and we decided to go in. The absolute moment we stepped foot over the doorframe, we were inflamed with the aroma of this tear inducing, putrid smell. We tried not to mind the smell and continued shopping. We went towards the back thinking it would get better but absolutely not, it got stronger. I'm usually not the type of person to bring smell into a review but it just made it so uncomfortable to shop! My friends definitely noticed it too and we took a short breather outside while discussing who is going inside to buy a certain item my friend wanted. I got the short end of the stick so I headed back inside. I found the toy my gal told me to pick out and as soon as I looked at that price tag, I needed a moment to myself. Mozart and Earhart came back from the dead and were just baffled by the so unnecessarily overpriced little bag. Of course, I wanted to do my friend favor and not use her card when paying so I took the fall and paid myself. There were no employees around the counter so I had to stand an extra 2 minutes in the unbearable stench. I'm sure I turned purple. I do not remember this nice store being so... awful. I truly don't want this to be their new norm. I remember walking away quickly with my ladies after I finally made it out of that place. It might be time for a new name, a nice idea would be "Poop, sewage, and me."

We went down to Benicia early Thursday morning to pick up a new guitar for my buddy. He had been here before to look at the guitars and today we were hoping to pick one up. After walking around the town for a while, we came across the shop he was looking for. Mozart Earhart and me looked like an exiting shop with lots of cool trinkets and doodads and what not. And don't get me wrong it was, but the moment we stepped foot in that shop, we were accosted by the most foul stench of sewage. It seriously would not leave our noses. My buddy says "hey, why don't we head to the back of the store so we can catch our breaths a little" Nope. Stink was even worse at the back of the store. I have asthma, so it because very hard for me to hold my breath. I even had to take a short breather outside. After that I helped my guy out with his guitar and we grabbed some guitar picks to go along with it. I was looking forward to taking a gander around the store after we purchased our instrument, but in these circumstances, I couldn't. My buddy had his shirt over his mouth and nose as we walked out. Now I don't like to judge a simple business just by how it smells, but my goodness I just about walked right out of the place. Maybe just a simple sewage, or plumbing issue, but it definitely didn't smell simple. If it were up to me, I would have named this place 'Poop sewage and me'.
