“Fabulous Pharmacy--Raley's Southampton, Benicia Over many years I've worked with different pharmacies in Glen Cove Vallejo neighborhoods, but none provided 'comfortable' customer services. I tired of oppositional pharmacists who quoted pharmacy regulations and required return trips for pick-ups and other complications. In view of the rather large and expensive volume of Rx orders I moved on. In March, I transferred all my prescriptions to Raley's. May I briefly mention the outstanding ways Raley's staff has assisted me: Provided original copies of all my prescriptions as required by insurance Sorted out direct payment with my overseas insurance provider Used personal knowledge of pharmacy networks to optimize communication and cost-effectiveness Facilitated legal requirements for one controlled substance Rx Graciously handled concerns even under 'last minute' circumstances In general at Raley's I appreciate the pharmaceutical expertise/knowledge and professional commitment to addressing customer needs; the reasonable hours and minimal waiting time; the friendly, helpful staff and the reliable telephone order system. I recommend Raley's Southampton to pharmacy clients with expectations of service beyond a business transaction: in sum, Raley's customer service is outstanding!”

“This good-sized CVS looks like an older store. It is has a large parking lot. The store seemed almost empty when I came here.What brought to Benicia rather than the store in Pinole which is closer was the availability of vaccines. My local store had nothing for weeks. When I decide I want something I hate to wait. The pharmacist was quick. I was in and out in just a few minutes.”

“Sorry to hear some others have experienced problems with this CVS Pharmacy in Benicia. I have had exceptional service and professionalism when getting my Covid, Shingles or Flu vaccines. Entire staff is very efficient and friendly. Mr. Haddad (Pharmacy Manager) was very helpful today. Strongly recommend this location. Pro-Tip: avoid rush times such as 4pm after work. I've seen some longer lines and that may contribute to a less than favorable experience.”
