“Shout out to the tire center! One of the best benefits of Sam's is the tire center. It's one of the main reasons we renew our membership every year. I had to bring in two different cars about three weeks apart here and both times Erikka was super helpful in coordinating the appointments. Service was excellent so a big thanks to Julian, Jose , Edwin and Tawny who helped us keep our cars road ready!”
“Best warehouse and grocery stores! Affordable membership and they have a really great smartphone check-out friendly payment! highly recommend tons of choices inside”
“I have a severe reaction to an ingredient that is in most vaccines, pain medication and many other prescription and OTC meds. The staff at QD is phenomenal and has gone to great lengths for me to insure my safety. I trust them implicitly with my health!”
“So grateful to Scriptworks for striving to create medications that are acceptable to our pets. I am a veterinarian and cat owner with a very finicky cat. Scriptworks developed a palatable formula for my cat's medication that she takes mixed into her food. Other formulations I have tried have been bitter and distasteful. This has absolutely changed both our lives, as I do not have to chase her down twice a day and she is starting to trust me again!”
“I am so happy that Oak Grove Pharmacy is my local pharmacy!!! The pharmacist’s there are so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. Akram is the pharmacist that normally helps me.I had originally called this pharmacy to get info on how to get access to medication while having medi-cal insurance because I was having trouble getting care.He went out of his way to get me the right phone numbers I needed to schedule appointments and now I’m all set up through medi-cal with his help even though he had no obligation to help me. He simply just cared. Thanks so much!!”
“If I could rate a 10, I would. Arthur and all the staff are all so friendly, helpful and professional. I can't say enough about how caring the entire staff is!”
“Absolutely love this mom and pop pharmacy. Service went above and beyond and delivered a medication when I didn’t have the time to pick it up. Definitely recommend!”
“Been using Walmart farmacy for few years and I'm happy with the service and they have a friendly helpful attitude thats a plus.they seem sincere not fugasy lol.”
“I had a strange issue with the TPMS on my relatively new car—readings were incorrect and inconsistent, and the problem came and went without a clear pattern. It didn’t seem like the sensors should have failed, so I brought it in to the Sam’s Club Tire Center in Concord to get a second opinion.
Carlos, the lead who was working the counter, was incredibly patient and thorough. He listened to my explanation, agreed it was unusual, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once he got into the job and started taking the tires apart, he discovered moisture in the sensors and excess visible on the tyre rims. What really stood out was that instead of just completing the job, he invited me over (I was shopping in the store) to show me what he found and answered even more questions.
This was exceptional customer service—I left not only with the issue resolved but with a clear understanding of what went wrong and why. I was genuinely impressed and very happy with the service I received.
In addition, the price was very reasonable. I was quoted and charged ~$200 here for full TPMS sensor replacement and programming all tyres, when I was quoted ~$500 elsewhere.”
“They worked hard to take care of the line of people waiting to pick up things. They also answered my questions. They do excellent work considering how busy they are.”
“I have been coming here for clients over 2+yrs now and they fill prescriptions on time for me. They have the best pharmacy staff that I've worked with in a very long time. They are kind, courteous and pleasant. The Pharmacist are great with auto refills,#1!!!”
“There are not many place for on site printing service in this area. Walgreen continues to provide service at the reasonable rate for printing photo. As soon as you upload the photo and print order, the system tell you 30 minutes time for the pick up. The restroom is also available for customer with key pad which need a staff to unlock it.”

“I have been a customer of Safeway pharmacy's for over 25 years, Glen Cove for the last 10 of those. The pharmacy staff are professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner. Nina always goes above and beyond.”

“I don’t care what others may say…The pharmacy in Safeway/American Canyon is basically the BEST pharmacy in “AmCan”.I genuinely look forward to making more than small talk with the pharmac-techs AND pharmacists (—like Gloria!). I’ve always loved her demeanor honestly…She LEGIT makes me “know“ she DOES feel bad when my family’s insurance is taking longer than THEY should to approve a prescription refill or if the location is out of stock.Between peoples’ insurances being extremely strict (sometimes it’s valid reasons; most times it’s not) on WHEN they decide to get around to said approval, and the pharmaceutical warehouses being conveniently “lacking“ in supply on ONLY controlled medications (like Concerta), I could NEVER aspire to be a pharmacy tech even…Pretty sure ANYone (competent or no) get more flak than the bare minimum allegedly “deserved”, being in a position of keeping human society in mental check. I ALways make sure my “extended family“ know at least I acknowledge what they must go through.Being that I’ve heard OF entitled jerks via “r/slash” on YouTube, and knowing employees “have” to deal with verbal abuse from random customer, legitimately makes me WANT to tell someone like that off…Just like I did with my younger sister’s elementary school bully to basically keep in line or I’d MAKE him, I’ll be willing to fight for my extended family too…Too Long; Didn’t Read?:…Then actually READ it.”

“I have been a Costco Member for many decades. Today was the first day I patronized the Pharmacy at the Antioch, CA Costco. I received great service from Alex (via a Phone call). As a first time caller, I had no clue how the Pharmacy service works. Alex, patiently and professionally provided answers to my many questions. He also spent the time to listen to their voice mails in search of the message my doctor left with my new Prescription. I originally told him that my doctor said he spoke to one of the Pharmacy staff which was not the case. Because of the high quality service he provided me today, he definitely should be recognized by upper Costco Management. I could not find a way on the Costco web site or system to leave a review or feedback; therefore, I am using Yelp. Hope this helps my fellow Costco Members. Thank you Alex, Ed Woo”
“Who buys food at Costco? How does anyone deal with all that bulk without having your kitchen explode?I buy most of my food from Costco with 1-2 trips to other supermarkets per month. I make 1-2 trips to Costco per week. I've been doing it for years and I've evolved *rules* for shopping there. Let's talk about the fresh/perishable food first. I buy one item per category (unless it's a special occasion like a party), e.g. one meat, one veggie, one dairy, etc... I notice as a rule of thumb that for many items Costco comes to roughly 60% of the supermarket cost. Don't try to overthink this. You'll spend too much time micromanaging. Pick your line in the sand and stick to it. So, if I use 60% I've broken even and don't cry about it. If I can't use it up, that item isn't a good item to buy from Costco. You also have to be willing to repackage items into more manageable sizes. What about new foods? Suppose I don't like it? That is always a problem. Take a picture of the item and buy it in your regular market. Note the price. After a while I decided this was cumbersome and time consuming and just decided to buy it at Costco. Yes, I've had to compost stuff but I've been pleasantly surprised more often. Remember to taste everything Costco offers. Here's a little meander thru Costco on one of my food shopping trips. My first stop is the towel section. Apologies for the diversion but this is how Costco turns you into an addict. I bleach my towels so they have be white and durable. I hate shopping around in the big department stores and discovering their new featured towel is flimsy. Costco keeps some items as a staple and you just buy it over and over. They've got a big stack at the end of the aisle and their stock of this item is large even for Costco. There is a coupon coming. (3 photos). Yeah, I've been buying this towel for 10 years or more. I actually skip the meat/veggies since I have a bit of meat and veggies. Stick to the discipline!A bag of frozen Kirkland strawberries keeps longer than fresh (see photo) and goes great with yogurt.I do stop by the sausages (3 photos) but do not succumb even with a coupon. Besides I'll probably be back in 4-5 days. Gotta cook everything first. Ling Ling potstickers (2 photos) - not the tastiest brand but it's Chinese New Year! Party exemption! The Kirkland yogurt - Breakfast! yum (1 photo)- Almond flour crackers - Delish but still have some others at home - had there been a coupon I would have purchased the package limit (1 photos)granola/cereal - more breakfast - makes good snacks too (1 photo)Kirkland steak strips - so economical I skip making it myself1 photo - the receipt!Of course you noticed there are hardly any perishables. You'd have to look at my shopping over a month to get the real picture. I go to Costco so often I can afford to rotate my stock a few items at a time. In short, you manage Costco exactly the same way you manage any other grocery store. You limit your purchases and buy only what you need. The only thing that changes is the timing. Costco just don't have it;No fresh herbsSuper perishable veggies (like those herbs) - most of their stock stays for at least a week, often two. Ethnic stuff - chicken's feet anyone?Less you think I have a ginormous kitchen I have exactly four cabinets.”
“This CVS is in the Target store. The pharmacy itself is okay, but check out by way of Target can sometimes have pretty long lines. Parking can also be a bit slow partially because right by the drive-in for in and out Burger which often backs up traffic.”

“The dude and I came here on 01/17/21 to pick up a cake for the dudes grandpa who turned 93 years old! I was suggesting to the dude that we pick up the cake from a Mexican bakery as the cakes are less sweet and pretty tasty but the dude didn't listen. Due to the holiday most cakes were picked over already. The dude wanted to get a whipped cream frosting cake as it's lighter and most cakes looked like they were whipped cream but he doesn't listen to me and wanted to ask staff member which they were totally busy so we decided to try a Mexican bakery. But before we left we picked up two more bottles of wine for his grandma who is also her 90s as well. She is a fan of Red wine so when we come down to visit I usually have a glass or two with her. We also picked up a macaroni salad to go along with the meal the dudes dad was making. Overall, we didn't get the cake here but it was my first time shopping at Safeway and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and wearing face masks. We didn't really explore the store as much as I would like but it is like an upscale Vons or Save Mart. As they have a deli and bakery section and probably more unique finds too! Would come back as they had a pretty goof wine selection and low calorie selezers.”
“Stopped into the Walmart Pharmacy today in American Canyon to see what I could find to help calm down a bad case of poison ivy. I was on vacation over 2500 miles from home so I couldn’t just see my doctor. The Walmart Pharmacist looked at my poison ivy on my arms and legs. She took me over to the proper aisle and proceeded to educate me on the various products that were on the shelf and which ones she recommended and the reasons why based on not only her knowledge of these products and what the ingredients were but also on her own personal experiences with poison ivy in her lifetime. I chose a product called Sarna Calm & Cool anti-itch lotion. I basically just wanted to say that in this day and age of employees being in a hurry to just get through their workday this Walmart Pharmacist named Betty restored my confidence in people helping others. I think this particular Walmart location has themselves a great pharmacist.”
“I love Walmart and I love the people that work there everybody is family there to me the workers are courteous, kind, helpful they have patience for you if you need anything just ask. I went in there a couple days ago and I didn't have enough money for my stuff I was like $2.50 short and the cashier came around and slid her debit card for me. That's just an example of how nice they are in there.”
“Reina of the Photo Dept had provided me with good, fast and positive attitude service. So impressed with her good service. Next time I go back to the store, will look for her for any help..”

“Small pharmacy with hard working staff. They told me the wait would be 25 minutes, so I asked about a cafeteria. They only had vending machines which was a disappointment at lunch time. Pills were ready in 25 minutes. Nice!”

“Tried to fill a prescription last second (day before) and pick it up the second the pharmacy opened (9am) before I went in to we. It sadly hadn't magically appeared. Pharmacy Manager Elizabeth gave me a 3 day supply, so I wouldn't run out. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Literally could not be happier unless she was able to magically make the whole month's supply appear.”
“I had the BEST HELP ? in the photo area, even though they were busy at the register, they came to check on me while they had a brake from the register. Riley set me up in how to make a book of 100 pictures. He taught me how to do it manually on each picture on Bluetooth. ( The cord was not working and I am not very good on the computer) Also, Colton was excellent too. Colton helped me put the order in and actually typed all the information in fast because I was so afraid of losing all my pictures. Honestly, if I was their boss, I would give them a raise. They were the nicest customer service I ever had in that CVS in the photo dept. I give them both a 10!!”
