Brought in a board to have resoldered today. In and out in about 15 min. Including playing numerous pins. Very nice people. I do recommend. And my pin is back working!!!

I have a Frankenstein machine that I needed to resurrect. These are the guys to call! TJ was assigned to my home visit. He was spot on time. Extremely professional. And geez this guy REALLY knows his stuff. He worked with my machine fast and he troubleshooted and got right down to business. I was really worried the tech would linger and run down the clock since you pay by time. I have never seen someone work so fast. That truly made me feel like he was looking out for me. He has very high integrity. I talked to him the ENTIRE time he was in my home. He responded very kindly to my annoying questions and he has so much patience! My Frankenstein was indeed resurrected and plays impeccably now! I will only use pinball pirate from now on and will request that my tech is TJ! such an amazing happy experience for me. Knowing I have a reliable trustworthy pinball tech that I'm totally comfortable with in my home is PRICELESS.

Just want to say T.J from pinball Pirate in amazing. Had him out to fix my Terminator 2 machine and he did a fantastic job. His knowledge and customer service is second to none. He even took the time to talk me through what he was doing and why. Pinball Pirate will be my go to company for any and all my pinball needs.

Chris is the best. I have a 1972 Williams OXO I could not get working and I called Chris we made an appointment on Dec 13. within a few hours he had the machine working perfect. on Dec 23 I was having problems and sent a email asking if he could direct me to correct the problem. On Dec.24 Chris called me ON CHRISTMAS EVE! He asked a few questions and gave me direction on what to do to correct the problem! My machine now again works perfect. A 50 year old machine needs to have the switches cleaned and adjusted and there are many on my machine. Chris told me which switches needed attention! I was very impressed that Chris would take time on Christmas Eve to help Me. Who does that! Chris is the best!

I wanted a new pinball machine for my home game room and after looking online found Pinball Pirate and inquired about a few machines. Chris was eager to help and found me a great new Iron Maiden Premium pinball machine. Scott did a fantastic job on the delivery and setup as well as showing me the ins and outs of how it works. Definitely looking forward to getting more pinball from them in the future.

We have an ole 1979 Bally's Pinball Machine that has not worked in years. Within 10 minutes Chris had a bad chip identified - pulled - replaced and the machine booted right back up. From there he checked everything else to ensure the machine worked 100%. He was amazing to watch. You can tell he really loves what he does. We cannot thank him enough! This Pinball Machine has never worked so great! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 5-star service all the way!

Shout out to Chris and especially Scott, who delivered my new James Bond 007 today. Scott arrived early, the machine was set up and ready to go, and he took the time to walk me through the basics. I had owned several pinballs in the past, but the new technology was a completely different experience.I was pleasantly suprised to see that they had already updated the firmware that Stern released only a couple of weeks ago. There was no way they could have known that Stern released a new update about an hour after Scott left. Fortunately, Scott had walked me through the maintenance features on the machine and the update should finish shortly.If I had more room in the house, I would buy another machine from Pinball Pirate.

When my Pinbot needed repair, it was a no brainer on who to call. I sent Chris an email and he promptly responded and set up an appointment. TJ arrived at the designated date and time and worked on my machine for a little over two hours. When he left the machine was as good as new. TJ was super helpful and friendly.

Pinball Pirate is an excellent local resource for new and used pinball machines and for service as well. Chris is the owner/operator and local authorized Stern and Jersey Jack dealer - they make most of the top rated machines you can get. Chris is an incredible wealth of knowledge of pinball machines of any era and of video arcade games as well.Someone at the big annual pinball event in Santa Clara called California Extreme recommended Chris when I asked for a recommendation for having my SpaceDuel and Gravitar machines serviced. He came to my home in Walnut Creek and got both of them working perfectly for a very reasonable fee.The shop in Benicia has all of the new Stern and Jersey Jack machines on display and set on free play. Go any day during business hours and play any of the dozens of new and used pinball machines there for free and several great video games as well. Enjoy!

Chris and his entire Pinball Pirate crew are top notch! I ordered a Rush premium early last year, and had it just in time for my 60th birthday. I also had TJ totally shop my Twilight Zone pin, and he did an excellent job bringing it to perfect working condition. Chris is a total pro who lives and breathes pinball, and is someone to fully trust. Cheers!
