Only 3 actual checkouts open with 50+ people waiting in line. 3 self check outs working and 2 of the open ones constantly having issues not scanning or being extremely delayed. 20+ second wait after scanning each item. Unacceptable for a Monday night when people are just trying to get home with meals for the week

Staff and employees were stellar. They are not trained properly which is not their fault. Prices too high. Staff over worked and under paid. But customer service is second to none. Staff is in no way to blame for short comings.

Those new bags that Raley's Benicia is currently using are horrible! Veggies go bad in a short amount of time. If Raley's is trying to be efficient about waste, it's not working! Aside from throwing those bags out, the public needs to buy additional baggies to use to keep baggies fresh...or, is it to consume more and have Raley's make more $ on selling baggies while we continue to waste plastic?

I ordered a sandwich. I should have never did it especially with the way the lady was when I asked a question. I filled out the paper as she asked and was told just write down what I wanted changed or added. I go back to my work place and sit down and the sandwich is made like she wanted to make it... I had to re look at my paper that I filled out and it just wasn't added and clear as day in pen I requested it in my sandwich. I was going to take it back but who wants someone remaking something that they did incorrectly and with no care. 10 dollars wasted... should have just went to subway in the plaza

the bathroom has no signs providing which gender is allowed in which bathroom. i walk into the one i want and a woman is yelling at a naked man singing atop the sink. i scream and blast my alarm clock to scare him. next i bought bread. it was heavenly. the workers wore polite. i went to go buy a vape and the ONLY flavor they had was BUBBLEGUM. I HATE BUBBLEGUM. i am addicted so i thought it anyways. the worker asked for my id and i set my boundaries and said no. the worker said no to a vape without an ID i ran out screaming and moaning.
will never come back…

The workers are terribly mean to me and rascist towards my culture.while I was there, there was one lady imitating a police officer, THATS ILLEGAL. The toilet paper was in the walls, paper Mached with poop and pee. The only polite employee were the bakers. Will not be coming back. Bathrooms have no signs so when I walked in, there was a naked man singing on the sink. 0/10… do better

At Raley’s, checkout is pain. Sometimes you’re standing in line for 10 minutes, and then they move you to another checkout line, adding another 10 minutes to your wait. I especially don’t understand why the express checkout is so slow.

The lines are almost always more than 10 minutes. They need to hire more cashiers or install more self checkout. Just grabbing 1 thing today and I’ve been in line for 20 minutes. Such a waste of time. The line was all the way backed to the deli.

Extremely thoughtful and helpful especially in self-checkout. Butcher/Meat/Seafood, produce, bakery & deli departments have excellent staff members who couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Wine steward is especially great at curating brands and knowing her wines. People who work at this store go the extra mile for the customer. I hope corporate Raley's really takes great care of all of them!
