I have been getting my 2020 330i serviced and maintained by Joe since I purchased it early 2023. He is a true professional and is always happy to answer any questions I have. His work timeline has been 100% accurate so far, plus he provides me with updates so I never need to worry about anything. Also has great recommendations and advice if needed. I stay in Vallejo but even if I were to stay further away, I'd say the trip to Roundel Autoworks is worth it. Highly recommended!

Joe did a fantastic job on my 2012 mini. My first time coming to Roundel and was pleased with the service from start to finish. Had a number of things worked on. Joe’s quote, timeline and explanation of work being done matched exactly what was in the end. No surprises, no nonsense. Honest hard working gentleman who knows Mini & BMW’s. Skip the dealerships and scouting other business. Take my word- go see Joe!

In my opinion, definitely the best in the business, Joe is remarkable. He is very knowledgeable, competent, and provide great customer service. He knows his stuff when it comes down to BMW and mini Cooper. I highly recommend joe at Roundel Autowork. trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Joe knows his stuff. He's a Bimmer enthusiast and is honest and passionate about his work. My mom's 95 E34 had a CEL so it couldn't test/pass SMOG. I took it to Joe for a diagnostic and he gave me a thorough rundown of the must/should repairs. I eventually fixed what he recommended and had him replace the O2 sensor. CEL cleared and sure enough, the E34 passed all SMOG tests and is back in business! I'll keep going to his shop when in need of Bimmer service.

I don't even own a Bimmer BUT I REALLY WANT ONE. I reached out to Joe to ask him his opinions on some of the ones I'm looking at and he was extremely generous with his time in communicating in detail what my best moves should be. He didn't have to respond at all, didn't make any money from it yet provided sage wisdom and advice that absolutely was informative and helpful. Grateful for the solid. Thank you, Sir. I purchased a 91 Bmw 750il that was in limp mode back in July 2021. My previous mechanic that would work on my E38 was honest enough to tell me he had never worked on an M70 engine and he didn't feel comfortable working on it. Now I was a little nervous on finding someone to work on my e32 since there aren't a lot of mechanics that work on these type of engines. I found Roundel Autoworks and spoke to Joe. He made me feel good leaving my car with him and he found and solve the problem very quick. Now I'll be taking both my e32 and e38 for service when needed to Joe. Great guy and a great auto shop

I enthusiastically recommend Roundel Autoworks! I ran into a problem when trying to replace a bulb in my Mini Cooper headlight. I showed up at the shop and Joe was kind enough to fix my issue on the spot. Whether you need a simple oil change or an engine overhaul, Joe's the guy to fix your Mini.
