Honest mechanics these days are hard to find.
Can definitely say the guy thar runs this place is one of the few honest mechanics who stand by his trade. Also was very patient and straightforward. Kudos to these guys :]

Iffy. They replaced my catalytic converter, and when I got into the car for the first time after replacement I heard a weird muffled noise every time I accelerated. I didn’t hear that noise ever before so I asked the mechanic to check it out and he said it was okay. Drove it for about a month, then while driving I suddenly heard a bang and lost most of my power… to the point I could barely make it up a hill. Took it back to them and found out that my front catalytic converter melted into the rear one… so they had to replace the front and clear out the back one. They notified the converter manufacturer and issued me a refund for the parts. After the most recent replacement, I don’t hear that muffled noise anymore and my car has been driving fine for almost 3 months now.

Sharp is a family owned business. We have been taking our truck ((2003) and car (1989 Olds) there for about 20 years. Their work is great and the prices even better; friendly family atmosphere including the office staff. We highly recommend them.

Every time I call Sharp someone actually answers the phone to help me. Now a days that's rare. I bring all of my vehicles in for repairs, services, etc., all the way from Rio Vista to Benicia,. I love the great customer service and the wonderful jobs done on all of my vehicles! And the price cannot be beat!
