Absolutely Outstanding Experience at ABC Rentals/U Haul!I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from ABC Rentals/U Haul, and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the best reception guy, William, who went above and beyond to ensure that my rental needs were met. Despite experiencing a few issues with my card declining multiple times, William remained patient and understanding, providing me with alternative solutions to complete the transaction smoothly. Highly recommended. William who was helping me provided an exceptional service. He looked around and found me a great truck for a one-way. The transaction went really smooth and provided suggestions appropriately. He further helped me after I arrived at my destination. William is a great agent at this location who is full with knowledge and customer service. You would be happy and glad if you were to choose going to this location!

William was so good. Very attentive knowledgeable and completely took care of me. Went above and beyond. The four wheel car dolly I rented was, well is great I'm still taking it to Colorado from California. Best place to go if you need a rental in the moving/hauling department

Omg! Spent a lot of time with Regina and Bear today. We lost our keys at home while moving furniture to storage. Which was amazingly stressful as you can imagine. They sensed our meltdown and came over to help us replace a dead battery in a spare key fob. They opened the office back up sat us down gave us some water and worked in getting us a properly charged fob so we could go home. This is customer service!!! Thank you Regina and ????. We were stressed but you made the rest of the day much better by caring for others. Thank you.
