Terrible experience I came in on a Friday to schedule an apt to open an account I am deploying in a week and she scheduled for Saturday at 2pm and when I got there for my apt they say they don't have it scheduled Indian lady that is supposedly manager is super rude ignoring and saying she will fill the complaint and I'm asking her how will I be notified that the complaint has been issued and was just ignoring me and not trying to help this is completely unacceptable I'm serving my country and being treated like this it's honestly sad I hope they get what they deserve

I don't know why it was only given a three star! I have never once in over six years walked out feeling slighted or upset about service. Everyone behind the window is knowledgeable quick efficient and friendly. The officers as well. !

I've been banking in Wells Fargo for a few good years, I will have to compliment one very nice Teller and her name is Rachael. Rachael is always very friendly and personable. I've said things to make her laugh and she's always helpful. Rachael is a very enthusiastic hard worker and just loves her job. I wish more bank employees can be just like her. I tip my hat for you! Thank you for being a great Wells Fargo team member!

Today was the worst customer service we have EVER recieved here.. my husband cashes his check her every Friday religiously... he lost his atm card over the weekend, and this isnt the first time...any other time his ca ID and Costco card I'd more than enough Id.. claudia was kindly trying to help my husband when Deanna and another employee iridiana or something similar decided to chime in... no big deal helping a coworker but they were EXTREMELY RUDE and wouldn't allow my husband to speak a word! We asked to see their policy stating these IDS weren't good enough, the refused to show us and policy and continued to be outright nasty BITCHES. Whether we were wrong or right they have EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

This bank is mostly miss more than a hit. Although, I have had some good transactions here. I will say that I have found and isolated the main source of my problems. Pallavi Erram, Service Manager, ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT. Since day 1. this person charged me fees for not having my name on my business account. One of the people that opened my business account even told me that she should not have been doing that and I just let it go. It was a few dollars and I thought, it's no big deal. So here is my issue. I own a business. MY BUSINESS NAME HERE has been opened for over 1.5 years with WF. I get checks from the County of Alameda for services I provide for individuals. he check reads: Payable to MY BUSINESS NAME HERE (underneath for Alameda Co. use) they mention the individuals name. I get it - it seems confusing. But, mind you I have deposited over 15 of these checks monthly with no problems. This lady Pallavi Erram ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT always seem to be hyper vigilant about her rules. Eventhough, I have lived in Benicia for 15 years and have gone in this "bank" and have done transactions and withdrawals here monthly, she seems to have a penchant for making things difficult. I mentioned to her that I have gone to different banks and also deposited thru the ATM and there has been no problems. She says, I have to open an account? for this person (the individual I am providing services for) in order to cash the check?? I told her I have done this for the last 15 months and she insisted I open an account or have the County to redo the check. OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO CASH A CHECK??? Does she get points for opening an account?!?!? What the heck lady?!! Have you ever gotten the county to do anything quickly? Is she serious?? So, I left and I am extremely upset. I am never going to this bank and deal with this ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT ever!! Funny thing is, I have done the same thing in that same bank and the employees seem to have no problems. The branch is great. This lady stinks - and by the looks of the YELP reviews... I am not alone in my opinion of this awful Branch Assistant to the Vice President.

I work with many different banks due to my client accounts and this is by far the best bank branch I've ever worked with - Never a line, late hours during the week, great weekend hours, the most friendly, competent staff anywhere, great customer service.

I come here often because it's so close by my house. The thing that does suck it that they have a limit because it's a small branch. But the upside is they are open late and also open on Sunday's.

Well I thought it was bad back when I wrote my first review a few years ago! Now in the news Wells Fargo is being called out publically for once again "ripping" their customers off! So glad I closed my account with them! Thieves and greedy bankers!

Great staff. Everybody is so nice and friendly. They greet us by name everytime we come. They treat us like family. :) My favorite branch in Solano County.

I've been planning on leaving Wells Fargo for a while, ever since during a particularly hard time, they gouged me for a bunch of money for a bounced check (charged me $120 for ONE BOUNCED CHECK, because the other company tried to deposit it several times, what?) I asked them to be decent and reverse charges, but no. All the money I've sent through that bank, loans, credit cards, etc, and as soon as they could get their claws in they did. The staff here is nice, so nothing against anyone there, although it was pretty stupid when they wouldn't deposit a check from Grandma because she made it out to "The S*** Family" instead of my name. I brought it to my business bank who took it without question. One extra star for being open on Sundays (which makes it more impressive that these people probably making $12/hr are still friendly). But stay away from big corporate banks. They don't care about you, no matter what they say.

My business has been with Wells Fargo bank since 2008. Our main branch was Moraga Ca great6 branch. We move the business to Benicia in 2013 It is has the worst business banking manager i have ever been involved with. The tellers are great but the manager is so bad that i will only give this branch a 1 star. I will be glad when Wells Fargo gets rid of him

I LOVE this branch!! I admit, I had a rough start with one of the managers, but I realized my attitude to her approach was just as much of the problem and we have had no issues since! Their tellers are some of the best, most efficient, funniest people I've ever met. JuanCarlos, Rosa, Megan and Nicolas are sometimes the highlight of my day!! Haha Great branch...I was never a Wells Fargo fan because I used to work at a credit union, but this branch has changed my mind. :)

I wish I could give ZERO stars. PALLAVI ERRAM is horrible to work with. I deposited a fairly large check from a reputable brokerage account and PALLAVI ERRAM immediately put a 10 day hold on it. The check was issued from a CA bank which means it clears overnight. I asked that they manually verify and after 4 days its still not in my account. Of course they have the money and continue to lend it out without paying me interest! PALLAVI ERRAM receives an F for effort and an F for customer service! I have business accounts at Chase and plan to move my personal account there as well.
